    @airtelindia I am from Bangalore.I paid for broadband connection 6 days ago. After 2 days the dealer said it will not be possible to give connection.I asked him to cancel the connection & initiate the refund. But he is not replying now on whatsapp or taking my calls. Please help!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia :"Roam without fear" plan was never activated by me, neither I confirmed via any form. One of your agent misguided me saying for receiving OTPs I won't be charged anything.If it's activated by you, settledown the amount from your account.I can't pay for your mistake.

    @airtelindia I can't even raise a 'shift connection' request on Airtel Thanks app. So buggy app for company like yours. Seems like there is Zero regard for customer issue redressals. FYI- I'm a Airtel Black customer up until now.
