    Absolutely pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. It’s been 10 DAYS since I raised this issue, and there is STILL NO RESOLUTION. Every time I switch to Star Sports HD 1 Hindi, the screen just shows a loading icon with constant flickering.

    @Airtel_Ug takes unlimited time to issue a new merchant line. Already 2+ months has passed and different people committing it will be delivered today since the application. @airtelindia activates the connection within 2 Hrs. Highly surprised with services. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My Airtel Black hasn’t been working for the past 2 weeks. Neither the service center nor customer care has provided any support. I finally decided to discontinue the service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two complaints, no resolution. SR 11027873160 closed without fix. SR 11028298784 pending. No technician visit despite commitments. Speed 1–7 Mbps vs 40 Mbps. This is service negligence. Disconnect & waive charges or escalating to @TRAI

    @airtelindia One of the most useless network in India named Airtel provide 2G speed in 4G slot Multiple report and giving multiple date like hearing in court. I am totally dissatisfied with this 2 major duopoly company fooling Indian people. The money is wasted.
