    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so u guys suspended my services as i didn't paid bill. Now tell me why should i pay bill when #Airtel is not able to resolve my complaint/issue since last 1 year. @DoT_India i complained them several times but no response from their side .

    @Airtel_Presence @Dev_nullity Whenever I call on 198. Always you tell the same. But no improvement in network. I tweeted last time. Fraud has been done with me. I did DM also but still I've to operate on 3G network instead of 4G. @airtelindia is Fully worst network of India. @NTRAEG @TRAI

    @airtelindia I went to the airtel store in Lucknow for porting my BSNL potpaid sim to AIRTEL prepaid. They say that it cannot be done in the store and i need to go to a camp nearby to do that. It did not make any sense that in scorthing heat u are sending customer to a camp.

    When you are paying such a premium for internet, I went with Jio fiber because I expected the customer service would be professional and prompt otherwise could have gone for local ISPs, if this continues then probably have to switch to @airtelindia or etc.please immediately fixit
