    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I was having Airtel Black Plan, but you guys have the worst service. Raised for network issues on 1st April with request Id:31-4695097143000, but even after 14 days no resolution has been provided. Porting to another service provider now.

    Airtel has the worst customer care service. Their customer care people only make the users fool and never provide any solution. Been a user of Airtel from past 7 years but won't be any longer. They dont reply to your tweets, never resolve issues. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel gives falls commitment in resolving the concerns. Regular follow up but they could not resolve the issue. Is this the way Airtel values his customer? Such a poor response in resolving the issue.
