    @Charvin79318392 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience with another service provider for prepaid was unsolicited deduction of charges. I reached out to Airtel , they helped. Airtel's ARPU is not my concern. It's their prerogative. Network coverage issues plague all Operators without exception. We have to live with it.

    @airtelindia The net is very irrational and when you are seeing a movie or online content it’s stops quite often for 10-45 seconds making the viewing experience bad , do something about it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your app keeps emailing the wrong months bill despite selecting the right month in the drop down. Then been trying to unsuccessfully reach your customer care for Airtel Fiber... Plus you'll forgot to email me my previous bill... Hopeless!
