    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have taken duplicate sim for my postpaid number and its more than 3 days still sim is not working. And airtel store unablento give any date for conclusion. One complaint raised, airtel closed complaint without checking. Please look on this matter.

    Getting connected to a @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer service executive is horrible. I don't why there is no direct dial to talk with any CSE in India ? IVR system is just pathetic and useless. @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so again Airtel DTH problem wth same connection in 4 months.Its 3 years since the issue comes every 3-6 months Airtel team why you provide poor quality Hardware & connection.Its shame on Airtel Brand that they provide such poor quality Service.**1788

    @ACTFibernet Unsatisfactory and poor experience with support. Not expected and planning to move ahead with alternate Wifi options. @airtelindia @HathwayBrdband may be I need to shift here!!

    My Airtel broadband connection has been down from past 3 days (since 5th Nov, 9 AM), as Chandigarh admin has cut down wires passing thru trees, post giving a warning. I have raised the issue multiple times via customer care 121, but no luck. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pl help.

    Extremely poor service by #Airtel. I ported to Airtel hoping it would be a good experience but it is turning out to be a disaster. Internet is slow, set top box is not working and no one is responding to complaint raised. Pathetic. @airtelindia
