    Past 5 days, my internet has been down for more than 4 times. I had to VISIT a store to get **** done because your lazy "engineers" kept canceling my appointment. Now your entire services are down and helpline doesn't work. KYS @airtelindia. SWITCH TO JIO GUYS.

    I had recharged my phone number a week ago, just the next day of previous pack’s expiry. But @airtelindia keeps making reminder call that my pack has expired. I don’t know why is @airtelindia behaving like a fool. It’s time to port to a new network may be.

    Hey @airtelindia @airtelnews, Raised 2 complaints for slow internet. Got ticket numbers, but no calls, no updates, and no resolution. Both complaints disappeared after 15 days. Your chatbot is useless, and your AI customer care makes it impossible to speak to a human.#airtel
