@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is the purpose of having airtel black plan ? Is it just single bill and Immediate customer care person availability? Is it not priority resolution ? If ticket is closed without fixing the problem and without getting feedback from the customer ?

@airtelindia I regret my decision on porting out from jio to airtel. I felt I can get better user experience, priority resolution in airtel. But all that I got is only Immediate customer care team. Rest of the ticket handling part- technical resolution, customer feedback has no coordination

@airtelindia Is there any way I can port out of airtel before 90 days as I don't feel like airtel team will be able to fix the issue, coordinate in getting customer feedback etc. It is of no use having Airtel black plan for Rs 2400. Mainly I opted Airtel for mobile postpaid.
