They simply ignore the customer issues and focusing on send messages to is to recharge. Such a worst network I have seen

Your store took payment for a fiber connection that your engineer later confirmed isn’t available at my address. I then requested AirFiber transfer, but I still have no resolution or refund. Maybe Mumbai rains have a special affinity for Airtel only. The connection worked partially yesterday for some time, but it is down again.
