@airtelindia in my location Airtel connection is very poor even I can't make or receive a call. But in your ad you says even in the Himalayas also airtel getting 4g. How is it possible I don't know with this very poor network . If you are not solve this I will change network😤😡

Horrible experience using @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as Im not able to receive any calls and not able to contact customer care also for the past two weeks. They simply ignore the customer issues and focusing on send messages to is to recharge. Such a worst network I have seen

@airtelindia Such a pathetic degraded service you guys providing. I live on 2nd floor road facing but poor network. Whole evening my internet isn’t working. Complaint raised on 15th August still pending resolution. Today raised another but have no hopes of any resolution.
