@airtelindia in my location Airtel connection is very poor even I can't make or receive a call. But in your ad you says even in the Himalayas also airtel getting 4g. How is it possible I don't know with this very poor network . If you are not solve this I will change network😤😡

Horrible experience using @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as Im not able to receive any calls and not able to contact customer care also for the past two weeks. They simply ignore the customer issues and focusing on send messages to is to recharge. Such a worst network I have seen

@airtelindia Me and my sister recharged my mother's mobile number twice, and still she can't make a call. Airtel proving how bad India's best network can get. Hope there was a way to talk to customer support, instead of mindlessly altering between IVR menus.

@airtelindia First upgraded my box then blocked all the channels and then took the send charge why no one picks up the call at the customer service center this is a fraud with the customers @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel

@airtelindia we don't get proper 4G connection . Even yt videos are not running in 144p. Plz upgrade network speed in Bhavnagar rural area
