    @airtelindia in my location Airtel connection is very poor even I can't make or receive a call. But in your ad you says even in the Himalayas also airtel getting 4g. How is it possible I don't know with this very poor network . If you are not solve this I will change network😤😡

    Horrible experience using @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as Im not able to receive any calls and not able to contact customer care also for the past two weeks. They simply ignore the customer issues and focusing on send messages to is to recharge. Such a worst network I have seen

    @airtelindia Brought Airtel Xtreme connection a month before. Now they have disconnected it for the reasons best known to them. Trying to reach customer care to register complaint but there is no option to speak to customer care executive. 3rd clas service.

    @airtelindia Very poor customer service by Sh Anupam at your four Banglow Andheri west store . I'm alone at your store 5 persons are present all are gossiping and cracking jokes. I was talking to Sh Anupam who's not at all paying attention just repeating that server is down

    @airtelindia My 4g is showing “E” and working slower than a 2g since launch of 5g in my area. What should I do? Raised complaint and it says will take 15 days to resolve. Are you guys serious or want me to switch network? #poorcustomerservice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My no 7874991170. I tried to start DTD service for promotional calls and msg , I did with airtel app, calls and all the possible ways. But still it is not fully started...pls help. It's been a 2 months ,pls take action
