    @AshwiniVaishnaw could we restrict telecom providers to charge only for the span they offer services? @airtelindia is basically looting me with improper network coverage and still getting away with billing me for 28 days months. This being the case in tier 1 and tier 2 cities!!

    @airtelindia been your customer for years & thought of adding a broadband connection In addition to my postpaid. told I will be getting the connection in 24 hours and it’s been a week. The money is paid. Calling customer care twice gets me another 24 hour deadline. No commitment
