    @Airtel_Presence Guys i had registered a complaint regarding the network issue in my area in September 2018 and since then @airtelindia dsnt care to do anything about it till date. when i called them few days back they are just giving me an ans to wait. worst fastest network ever

    @airtelindia Your continous poor network and internet connection is getting on to my nerves. Even slower than 2G. As told by customer service team to change the SIM. Still the problem persists. This is my final intimation, otherwise i have no option but to port to somoe better network

    @airtelindia Please help with process of terminating your useless "Worlds Slowest Fiber Xtreme Internet Connection". I clearly mentioned that the internet drops / degraded between 7PM - 11 PM IST. This is purely to do with bandwidth sharing, what is that technician do with the WiFI router!!

    @airtelindia Hello: I have a DSL plan that includes Amazon Prime for 1 year. I just renewed the plan but cannot claim the Amazon Prime benefit. It shows that the benefit is claimable, and when I click on "I agree", it says "Sorry, you cannot claim this subscription" Please help. Thanks

    @airtelindia i paid ₹1500 as installation charges for new wifi connection on 20.04.2026 but till now my wifi is not installed. Request airtel India to refund my deposit at the earliest because of so much delay i don't want such poor service.

    Hi @airtelindia I am unfortunate customer of yours who, like an idiot, is paying for 100MBPS wifi connectivity and is getting frequently disappearing wifi at a max speed of not even 1MBPS. Your app is a fraud. The only advice it gives is to switch off and then switch on.
