@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Some days ago I put a request to merge my two Dth ids but it was taking too much time so I decided to cancel it. So when they called me for confirmation of merging my dth id, I cancelled the merging request but they permanent disconnected my dth id.

@airtelindia @therealkapildev Really pathetic experience. like 20 years back i m struggling with some government sector people. I raised a complaint to check my set top box and remote which they promised to resolve in 24 hours. Not even a single lazy staff thought of giving a call back.

@airtelindia Airtel if u r claiming to be India's fastest network then please provide the same just don't fake it. There is no network coverage at all in India's capital. U r advertising on national platform and claiming to provide 4G or 5G speed but truth is it is working as 1G.

I even shared a Truecaller list of the same to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sometime ago, but they responded back saying that they do not have any of the call records, which I find very strange. Request your help in this @DoT_India , as such calls are very irritating.
