    @Airtel_Presence PIN 110085, Area in & around Rohini, Sector 2 & 3, Delhi. Not only I'm alone is facing the same issue, all other associates in my circle whoever uses @airtelindia says the same. Today going to buy other service provider sim to test the quality, then will decide about porting no.

    @airtelindia Your continous poor network and internet connection is getting on to my nerves. Even slower than 2G. As told by customer service team to change the SIM. Still the problem persists. This is my final intimation, otherwise i have no option but to port to somoe better network

    @JioCare @reliancejio though your service is quite decent but I see a degradation in the quality specially my location (see loc) over the past few months comparatively Airtel as improved substantially though a lot is desired from them as well @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    New SIM activated today but SIM card and have already paid ₹350 for a recharge. However, the recharge has not come my recharge, and I am currently unable to make calls or use any network services. please check this and activate my full network service immediately @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two complaints, no resolution. SR 11027873160 closed without fix. SR 11028298784 pending. No technician visit despite commitments. Speed 1–7 Mbps vs 40 Mbps. This is service negligence. Disconnect & waive charges or escalating to @TRAI

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia. Already paid for the ARP a week ago but it was not activated for some reason, so the amount would be deducted on monthly basis. The customer support is useless and can’t even provide me a complaint number stating it’s “escalated internally”.

    I cancld my addon services from @airtelindia using app, got a msg after 2 days, that my service has been renewed. I tried calling customer care, ivr on every submenu keep on presenting my current bill details and at end of sub menus of 5-6 levels it asked raise complaint on app
