    @airtelindia I've been receiving calls from banks/people asking for the previous user of the Airtel Postpaid Sim I've had for over 1.5 years now. They claim he was able to call them from the same number even a few months ago. Customer service was no help. Pls look into it!

    @Airtel_Presence @meet_ankit23 Twitter is the only place where Airtel responds and assures you that the problem will be solved. But once the complaint is forwarded to other department the problem remains unsolved. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    I cancelled my Airtel WiFi subscription on 10 March after being informed that fiber isn’t available in my area. I’ve still been charged ₹1500 and haven’t received a refund. The service engineer is also not responding to my calls. I’m happy to share further details @airtelindia
