    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today in deciding to port my 10 airtel number after the worst customer service. Before resolving the complaint the customer person wants to close it. They even don't know how to talk with customers, call drop n no Internet.

    @idea4G=1G. @idea_cares cheating customers. It's data speed is very slow. Intentionally they are reducing the speed of internet. @TRAI has to look into this issue. @Idea must compare their speed with @jio and @airtelindia, whose data speed is far better.

    @Airtel_Presence Guys i had registered a complaint regarding the network issue in my area in September 2018 and since then @airtelindia dsnt care to do anything about it till date. when i called them few days back they are just giving me an ans to wait. worst fastest network ever

    @airtelindia what a terrible and pathetic service by you. From last 20-25 days I’ve been trying to get airfiber connection. Raised multiple requests, but installation not done, stating “no feasibility”. I mean only Airtel can do this such kind of lame thing.

    Very disappointed airtel. @airtelindia customer care is full of unskilled employees. Didn't even helped me properly. I try to add another postpaid user to airtel but airtel doesn't even answer me. Okay lets see, I am porting out.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia My broadband has been down since 3 July. I raised a complaint at 8:41 AM that day, but no service engineer has contacted me despite multiple follow-ups and an escalation. I was assured someone would call by end of day (7 PM). No one did. The next day, I was again asked to wait. When I requested a billing waiver for the outage, I was told to call back after the bill is generated to request it. It’s disappointing that customers have to repeatedly chase support for both service restoration and billing corrections. In an age where so much is automated, why should customers spend their time making multiple calls for an issue that wasn’t caused by them? Can someone please take ownership, have this issue resolved urgently, and ensure the billing adjustment is processed without requiring further follow-ups? Please ping me here for my account details
