@airtelindia #airtel Got ported in through MNP with your sim delivery service, had paid 500 to the guy for FRC. Now no FRC, no balance, no calls am depending on others. And no one concerned is picking calls (because Sunday?). What do I do?

@ViCustomerCare My sim is already in sim 1 and I am also a technical person. On my other phone also there is less signal strength of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .Airtel is also showing less connectivity. Now jio or Bsnl is left . Let's see what is need to be done

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I just ported my SIM to your network. I was told to call on 59059 as soon as I insert the SIM in my phone. Now, it is asking me to enter some OTP that is been sent on some alternate number. I do not have any alternate number. How should I proceed????
