  Try connecting @airtelindia customer care. Looks like solid cost cutting has done. It took me 12 min , just to get email id of airtel customer care from the employee. To register a complaint, took 2 hrs through multiple touchpoint of chat, call and email.

  Update: Airtel has 303/304 HD @unite8sports Just that they denied and also didnt have these as of 6th June and as usual they didnt bother to update me after that. usual @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service that is. Now it is available and hope it works.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What have you responded? You have responded that ticket is raised. Every kid knows ticket is raised when complaint is done, real deal happens when tickets get resolved. More than 48 hours and same situation, priority customer getting 10-12mbps in NCR, what a joke

  @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what kind of svc it is. Paid for wifi router on 25/05-order#- 84302. Talked to service exes several times. no response or resolution yet. Atleast have the courage to refund the amt? Is this d way to trt long time loyal customers #airtelpriority?
