    @airtelindia what is happening with your broadband service?? It's the worst I have ever seen , The month of February was full of outages in Pune no service, no resolution , no internet and the worst part was no speed of internet.

    I want to escalate my issue to your higher authority as Airtel does not care about customers, hence I am taking it to social Media, I have recently moved to a different address and I wanted to shift my broadband, no support from customer care @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Airtel 4G is just a waste of money , you know we just can't upgrade our phone to 5G . why this internet so slow in our area, we hardly manage to used up only around 400mb a day, when daily data is 2GB/day. Take a look to it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am an existing airtel DTH customer i was willing to switch to Xtreme fibre The customer care executive told me that you serve in the location & i will get a call back regarding installation within 24hrs It’s been a week & i am yet to hear from you
