    Time to switch to @JioCare from @airtelindia as the network is so pathetic from last 15 days or more . And they are not even considering to rectify the problem occurring in our area with every airtel user. Dead network Dead internet But PRICE HIKE IS COMPULSORY @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Paid for a new Wi-Fi connection on 29 May 2026 and was promised installation by 31 May. It's now been over 4 days with no installation and no meaningful update. Support only says it's "escalated to the highest level." Very disappointing service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 1 (28 May) Reported the issue immediately after the connection stopped working. Response: "We have marked it as a high priority and it will be resolved soon." Fair enough. Things happen.

    @airtelbank Yet again your customer care has closed a complaint without resolving after two days. I am Unable to change the limit upto which i can pay, sent screenshot yet i was told issue is resolved as i transacted @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Horrible. Payment made 10 days ago for which receipt received both in app as well as mail. The mesh still not installed. Made at least 13 calls, no one knows. Always being told that the issue is being escalated for the past 9 days. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia Tired of putting my phone on flight mode even for a basic Google search I have to turn on and off airplane mode for my phone so my network is back on track! Worst experience. Even your customer service is worst.

    @np_942 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has the worst Staff at their Gallary. They miss guide the Customers by telling lies when asked for Budget Prepaid Plan to Port the no, she says that now that plans are discontinued & will have to buy monthly plan of Rs. 500 approximately .
