@airtelindia Hi Team, I have raised the complain on 24/05/2021 and Service Request No. 31-3637612877761. Without my knowledge the ticket was resolved and closed. For that reason, I called the customer to check the status with executive team on 30/05/2021,

@airtelindia Jhansy who took the call and responses with rude behaviour. Even I sent a mail with attached screenshot but could not get any response from them. If the issue not resolved asap, It feels to switch some other network after 3 months
