@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since 4 months I am complaining about poor/no network in Andheri East, Mumbai but each time Service Request gets closed without any improvement or resolution. Last complaint was escalated to Appellate and Nodal officer as well, still no luck @TRAI

@airtelindia Such bad experience think so Airtel is just interested in making zero complaint ads but not want to help customers in getting it resolved. You will have zero complaint as you have to just close and not resolve. Pathetic service and I know I would not get resolution
