    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst network provider is airtel in my area and a big scam they are doing is when there is a power cut no internet and no network.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
