@airtelindia you have increased the rates but the network performance has fallen down drastically. Its impossible to make calls these days & call drops are so frequent that i am always forced to use watsapp call.

@airtelindia you are on the verge of turning a huge loyalist into an absolute hater by not following through your claims, & providing extremely poor customer care services! The issue with my 3G/4G needs to be resolved. It's been over a month & I don't think I can spare more time.
