@Airtel_Presence Pandemic is horrible, but @airtelindia customercare is WORST! My phone connection had been abruptly disconnected even though I took prepaid connection for a year (paid Rs 1498). As I'm travelling now, local Airtel store cannot help. Why is @Airtel_Presence so ANTI-Customer?
