@airtelindia I brought new fiber connection in 4 may but after 3 days installation not completed. Yesterday I complain on 121 service number he registers my complain and assured me that today resolve my issue and gave me schedule appointment with engineer 8:30 am to 9:30 am.

@airtelindia Till today my issue not resolved in this pandemic time is it safe to visit your Airtel store which is more than 10kms far from my home. If this can’t be resolved by your side then tell i will switch my all airtel network to another network.
