  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My WiFi has been down for 30 hours. Request ID: 11031239436 Your customer care and technician team keep giving false timelines, but the issue is still unresolved. Please escalate this issue immediately. Very disappointing service by Airtel.

  @airtelindia customer service is not as expected, I activated my esim. Still after 38 hrs I am unable to send and receive texts, I raise a complaint yesterday night given assurance it will be resolved in 4hrs but still no resolution.I called again still they are not sure on fix
