  @airtelindia The new customer service agent when called by the user cannot see the description/issue of the complaint raised by the previous agent, due to which the user has to explain everything once again. This wastes the users time and causes delayed resolution

Experienced in broadband service from them?! They do shaddy things like no internet foreny hours*?! Now in Airtel fibre no problem??
