@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We have done a recharge of 699 on 21st December 2021 which has Prime service for 56 days and it is not enabled even though airtel thanks shows it is redeemed. I have mail confirmation from Amazon saying Airtel has cancelled the subscription. (1/n)

I did a recharge on my airtel number in advance ( 6 days) for an interrupted service but to my surprise the new pack has been made active from today itself. It should have been made active after my old subscription gets exhausted . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
