And now when i am back to my base location….activated my connection, now monthly bills are coming. When i called the customer care, i was informed that since i activated the safe custody, my remaining 4 months will be forfeited. @airtelindia does not care

@airtelindia First we message then you respond and ask to DM then you don’t respond. That’s a good strategy to defer the customer. Once you cannot convince people confuse them. It’s been 4 days no response.

@airtelindia I had put an request to disconnect my broadband connection from last 10 days. Still I have not got any update for same. I don’t know what’s going on. Why these type of things going on in Airtel service.
