The worst has been @ACTFibernet and @airtelindia. Their sales reps will make promises about same day or next day installation. Call you at 11 pm to follow up on payments. Call you 3-4 times a day, till you pay. And poof, vanish!

@trai @airtelindia #Airtelblack shock to see that taxes on ₹153 plan of dth in the new upgrade as airtel black. As per trai the NCF plan of 153 for 200 channel already includes gst (taxes). Then how can a company charge the taxes on the service which includes tax amount.

@UltimAddy @airtelindia Why not use Wifi calling? All airtel sims have wifi calling enabled by default. That's one reason I switched to Airtel.. Everyone has terrible indoor coverage, Airtel and Jio have wifi calling. Vodafone still doesn't.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using postpaid for last 5 years. But since last two months the network quality has downgraded drastically at my location, have raised complains multiple times but no improvement. Need to switch to other operators if there is no improvement
