    @airtelindia We are facing network issues from today morning informed same to customer care via email and airtel thanks app but not received any response back from them.Note: Cross checked with all airtel users, my entire area is facing same issue.Please help to resolve it asap.

    @airtelindia I gave multiple complaints regards network and Internet, on my number no one bother to resolve the issue at my place called Tanguturu, better to stop doing campaigns being a No 1 network.. its a shame 😔

    @airtelindia I would like to have a check if there is any issue as I am unable to receve calls though I have complete netwrk & the people who tried to call me it says not reachable/out of coverage it's really annoying help users with updated information instead of only plan advt.

    @airtelindia i have post paid connection, and i don't have any dues. Why did to stopped my mobile data? My primary number and its child numbers none of them are getting internet now. Being loyal customer is this your gift to me?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This complaint was raised on 11th August. Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My Airtel DTH has been not working for an unreasonably long time. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the responsible person kept updating/extending the SLA repeatedly. Now, no one is even picking up the calls.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5G is available in my area, but the signal is extremely weak and inconsistent. It was very good till 5 days ago. I have complaint so many time at your customer care number but there is no resolution provide till now.

    The latest promised resolution time was today by 1:41 PM. It is now well past that deadline, and there is still no resolution. @airtelindia, this is not the service I expect after paying for a premium internet connection.
