@airtelindia i have post paid connection, and i don't have any dues. Why did to stopped my mobile data? My primary number and its child numbers none of them are getting internet now. Being loyal customer is this your gift to me?

@airtelindia I gave multiple complaints regards network and Internet, on my number no one bother to resolve the issue at my place called Tanguturu, better to stop doing campaigns being a No 1 network.. its a shame 😔

@airtelindia I would like to have a check if there is any issue as I am unable to receve calls though I have complete netwrk & the people who tried to call me it says not reachable/out of coverage it's really annoying help users with updated information instead of only plan advt.

@airtelindia We are facing network issues from today morning informed same to customer care via email and airtel thanks app but not received any response back from them.Note: Cross checked with all airtel users, my entire area is facing same issue.Please help to resolve it asap.

Pathetic customer support from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Its been now more than 2weeks but still no resolution. Everytime they just ask for contact number and then no response. @airtelnews I am done with airtel now porting to another provider as soon as I am back!!

welcome to the @airtelindia trap. The SIM stops working all of a sudden with no reason. Tried in multiple handsets. Wen spoken to CC, they say go to the store. Why do you want a person to bang his head at your doors? It's not my fault that the SIM not working.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after so many complaints & since 7 mths each department bumping the issue to another without any resolution. No one seems to be listening to Appellate or Nodal or CS. Just depts created on paper with no authority. Collection dept people don't even know Appellate or Nodal
