    @airtelindia I would like to have a check if there is any issue as I am unable to receve calls though I have complete netwrk & the people who tried to call me it says not reachable/out of coverage it's really annoying help users with updated information instead of only plan advt.

    @airtelindia i have post paid connection, and i don't have any dues. Why did to stopped my mobile data? My primary number and its child numbers none of them are getting internet now. Being loyal customer is this your gift to me?

    @airtelindia We are facing network issues from today morning informed same to customer care via email and airtel thanks app but not received any response back from them.Note: Cross checked with all airtel users, my entire area is facing same issue.Please help to resolve it asap.

    @airtelindia I gave multiple complaints regards network and Internet, on my number no one bother to resolve the issue at my place called Tanguturu, better to stop doing campaigns being a No 1 network.. its a shame 😔

    How the hell i can talk to the real-person customer care on @airtelindia , from the past two months I am unable to use my Mobile Data, it's keep showing me Roaming. I have also reported the issue multiple times but got no replies from their team. Pathetic service!

    @airtelindia @airtelnews from bad to worst service and the only reply your customer care gives is that your engineers are working, they have been here last two days and mentioned they can’t do anything for two consecutive evenings and they’ll get back to us next day but haven’t

    @airtelindia I’m using postpaid connection since two years but there is very big network issue. I have been multiple times complaint to customer care but there are not given any solutions till now I’m using also jio connection and very powerful network

    @airtelindia hi, wifi not working since yesterday morning. Put in a complaint (11036691856) but no one’s bothered to call even once. The customer care guys just say that the problem will solved in next 2 hours and hang up. What am I supposed to do?

    @airtelindia They shifted me to Airtel fibre promising that they’ll put me back on my old network in a month. Today after 30hrs and literally chasing customer care, they sent an Engineer who declared that the data has been consumed. I was not told about this cap while shifting.
