I have raised multiple complaint even technician visited they are unable to fix this issue and they said this is due to faulty device. I have requested airfiber replacement.

Piyush Yadav (@piyush21yp) reported1/8 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m extremely frustrated with Airtel’s service. I requested an IPTV connection on 10 July and paid ₹500. When the engineer arrived, he told me Airtel had incorrectly raised a DTH request instead of IPTV.
