    @airtelindia I gave multiple complaints regards network and Internet, on my number no one bother to resolve the issue at my place called Tanguturu, better to stop doing campaigns being a No 1 network.. its a shame 😔

    @airtelindia i have post paid connection, and i don't have any dues. Why did to stopped my mobile data? My primary number and its child numbers none of them are getting internet now. Being loyal customer is this your gift to me?

    @airtelindia We are facing network issues from today morning informed same to customer care via email and airtel thanks app but not received any response back from them.Note: Cross checked with all airtel users, my entire area is facing same issue.Please help to resolve it asap.

    @airtelindia I would like to have a check if there is any issue as I am unable to receve calls though I have complete netwrk & the people who tried to call me it says not reachable/out of coverage it's really annoying help users with updated information instead of only plan advt.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have registered the complaint on the portal for my airtel wifi network of very slow speed for 100 mbps speed. I am experiencing only 2-3 mbps speed for a very long time. Could you please take up this matter or else I have to disconnect it.

    This is to bring to kind attention that Airtel customer service team has denied installing my iptv services for no reason even after charging 500 /-for installation charges . Insane and pathetic services @airtelindia @TRAI please take strict action on this

    My @airtelindia wifi has not been working since Friday morning, complaint (11028189505) raised immediately but no resolution/visit till now @Airtel_Presence . Called Airtel Dedicated service team, they escalated matter but still no resolution. Very bad experience.

    @airtelindia "The network performance is among the worst I have experienced, and the resolution process is unacceptably slow. Being told to wait 15 days for a basic connectivity issue is unreasonable.

    However, I did not receive any notification, call, or email regarding the completion of the free period. Now, when I am trying to surrender the service, I am being asked to pay a bill. This feels completely unfair and misleading. Check dm @airtelindia

    @airtelindia , Even after a reply from the Appellate Authority, my DTH (Cust ID: 3063850751) is still not working (No Signal since 28 Mar 2026). Multiple tickets closed without any visit — issue remains unresolved. How long should a customer wait?
