    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you claim yourself the best fiber provider, but you've the worst service is what I felt so far even while taking new connection. Your reps was supposed to come 12pm on 3rd, came at 6.30. My installation slot was 9.30 today, nobody came. #Disgusting

    Since I do not have Airtel mobile no..when I call to 121 it connects to VI customer care. Which means if you need to contact Airtel Xtreme customer care you must have Airtel no too. So bad experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have raised a service request regarding billing issue of my broadband. Ticket Id : 10158511246. It gets closed always without giving clarification. I called customer care multiple times still no resolution. Didn't expect this from Airtel .
