@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

@airtelindia I logged a service ticket yesterday as mobile network is not working in my area. Service Request No. 31-4241391876255, dated 11/08/2022. I am surprised that ETA is 27/8/2022. Does that mean that I will wait for 15 days without mobile network?

@airtelindia Internet not working complaint is pending for over 2 months on a prepaid plan on 9632031964 ! 3 recharges have been done since the complaint! No response whstsoever! Terrible service! Customer care executive inaccessible! Auto response is a sham!!

@airtelindia I ordered a UPS from the app and there is no provision to track the order without calling the customer care. It has been 5 days and literally no response from anyone to know when will the UPS be delivered or installed.

@airtelindia then someone on 9th, when as “per policy” my plan change should have happened, repeated the same script again - they will escalate this issue and someone will reach out to me. Meanwhile I emailed nodal officer as well and guess what - exactly same scripted message.
