    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Enjoying 2g speed at 4g network. Takes ages to load a simple page. Downloading an app is a distant dream. Is India's fastest network a myth.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I took Airtel fibre 40 mbps (PREPAID Plan) but due to technical/internal issue of Airtel, hv recd Bill of Rs 864 for Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 07946008557 which is due TODAY. I tried to get it resolved but couldn’t. Request to resolve this issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews it is complaint regarding the DTH false commitment done by service provider to sale DTH box. They are selling their product by fooling the people and provide wrong information.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , The worst fiber service and worst customer local support . The service outage is 10-12 times a month. The service engineer are incompetent and doesn't know how how to talk. Thank You for providing for worst service !!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to get it rectified but to my displeasure I couldn’t do. It was hard to believe that a company like Airtel have this type of service towards customer. I followed with Mr Ronnie Shaikh and Mr Jaydev Patel for the problems. Pl look into it urgently.

    Recharging my #Airtel number is like creating a gateway to the service provider to send me free SMSes. I make one recharge and #Airtel makes sure that I receive 100 different messages that conveys I have made the payment. I guess that's how they do free 100 messages. @airtelindia

    It was 16th June when I paid my broadband bill and the payment got updated to an incorrect account by @airtelindia ! Today is 6th August and they still haven’t resolved the issue at their end. At this point I feel like just not using your broadband services @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am not happy with DTH relocation process, as per customer care Airtel Thanks App provided with the DTH relocation, but I don't see any such option in the App... Worst customer support by Airtel
