    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal the resolution time (24 hours) provided by your customer service team is not acceptable. It is already 8-10 hours while internet is not working and you mentioned for 24 hours more.sorry to say but this is pathetic service provided by airtel

    During pendamic my airtel no got suspended without any info. Now to reactivate, airtel force me to buy postpaid connection for retain my no. Min of rs 399 I have got such kind of service for using this no for 5+ years. Very Disappointed from airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia Its been 2 weeks i paid for a new BB conn but no one came for installation. i opened service req on 121 aftr 2hrs airtel exec cld tht v cnt provide u BB conn as its non serviceable area i hv 2 actv airtel conns & whole society is on Airtel. @DoT_India pls help
