@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Enjoying 2g speed at 4g network. Takes ages to load a simple page. Downloading an app is a distant dream. Is India's fastest network a myth.

@airtelindia there is something drastically wrong with your network. Not just where I live, but the whole of Karnataka, AP and Goa. Have travelled over the last week and not one call goes through in the first attempt; all calls die after 30 secs approx.!!

@JioCare your support is the worst I have ever come across. I have called your helpline thrice since yesterday but no one seems to LISTEN or understand urgency. It feels like no one cares. My SR is SR000019CBL4. @airtelindia resolved the same yesterday itself in neighbourhood.

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It seems your network engineers are taking salary without doing any work. They closed three of my SRs on network latching without even contacting me on alternate number, with message "Contacted customer and informed him".
