Got a call from Airtel to recharge wifi from Airtel Thanks app, where it shows 1+1 month free, get 1 month free. Recharged exactly the same. Never got any free coupon. Now wifi is suspended after 1 month

My neighbour recently raised a complaint, and after your technician worked on their connection, my internet has started facing the exact same issue. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no way to speak to a human through your customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but there isn’t even an option to connect with a representative. I need this issue resolved immediately. If I don’t receive a prompt response and a permanent fix, I’ll have no choice but to switch to @airtelindia.
