  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

  @JioCare @airtelindia is not letting me port to some other service either. They aren't providing me with any OTP to port and all. I tried once and still it didn't work. I am seriously annoyed by their service.

  Such a bad experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your CRM team is misbehaving with me and once I told them I will take this forward he told me do whatever you want to and I will see what airtel can do. So this is how @airtelindia you give teasing to your workers.

  @Airtel_Presence Also, whenever I try calling any technician, they just tell me to call 121 or 198. Thats what I have been doing😡!! There is not a single soul to whom I can tell my issue. @airtelindia your customer service has really gone down the drain.
