@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

Having a bad experience with @airtelindia broadband services, I registered request on 21-July to transfer my connection to new address on 24-July, I was ensured that it will be done within 24 hours, but it's been 5 days today and I am still waiting for the connection to done.
