The services of AIRTEL service is very poor. I requested for a new BROADBAND connection,all they do is call me and take details and they just hung up. I hope this should be resolved. @airtelindia @airtelcare

My boardband was not working from since three days. raised a complaint. After complaint engineer has been Assigned, that Engineer has been calling from two days and he called thrice and told coming in a hour but now it's about 48 hours but still he didn't showed up. @airtelindia

@caswapnilkabra @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia they do advt and tell they are concern about issues but fun part is they will say in call that they have raised a complaint but they don’t have any data for that. They even don’t notify you.

@airtelindia yesterday i opted for new fiber net connect, where they made to pay for 6 months, once payment is done, representative stopped responding. today when i called customer care, team leader VENU responds back saying it will be done in 24 working hrs and not 24 hrs.
