    @airtelindia I want to send one message, but your customer care told me to recharge at least 129Rp to send one message.Its pathetic policy, you should deduct message charge from available main balance. You know very well that customer use whatsapp to chat and message to port out

    @airtelindia Only operator by wich 1 cant send SMS wid main acc blance, hv 2 recharge wid UL plan. Nodal officer UPE Ms Shilpa is always angry n CCEs dont hv solution to any problem they jst hv information. Not registering complaint, saying dat v cant register complaint regarding this issue.

    Since then I have visited the store twice, made 3 calls to customer care as my request has been pending with no reason cited as to why the request is not moving forward. We are only being directed from store to customer care with no actual help. @airtelindia
