    @Airtel_Presence I posted my enquiry a week ago. And also sent the details in private message. But still didn't get the response from @airtelindia . Atleast you can say that, we can't provide you service, so that I can look other options. What a shame.

    Hi @airtelindia My broadband has been disconnected from last 48 hrs and even after multiple escalation, your technicians have not contacted me. The timelines given for resolution was changed multiple times. Your technicians doesn't even pick up the phone or respond to messages.

    @airtelindia why your 121 number not working. And why extra amount has been charged in my bill inspite of your customer care team committed me that there will be no charges of transfer of connection.

    Sir, there is a tower installed in my village, but the problem of network is so much that it is not possible to talk properly, you are requested to solve the problem, and do not give a chance to complain again. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
