Sayan (@_the_sayan_) reportedWe faced a similar issue around 2 months ago, where @airtelindia took 9 days to solve the issue. That's just frustrating and pathetic service delivery. On top of that, there was no bill adjustment or service credit for the days when our broadband was unstable.
