    @airtelindia @TRAI Please resolve issues. Very bad service and bad executive behaviour. Very bad experience by Airtel team. am suffering bad network problems of Airtel even in capital city,No resolution,No response by their team only provide fake promise in a given time frame.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is this email? Whose bill is this, and why am I receiving someone else’s postpaid bill? This is a serious privacy concern. Is this a data breach or has my email address been incorrectly linked to another customer’s account? The bill belongs to Harshavardhan, while my name is Sharath. I see no connection between us, so how has my email been updated on his account? This isn’t the first time. I’ve received similar emails before and ignored them, but it’s now happening repeatedly. Please investigate this immediately, remove my email ID from the other customer’s account, and explain how this happened. Customer privacy should never be taken so lightly. @TRAI kindly look into this.

    - Agent 3 later informed me the old request had to be cancelled and a new one raised. I had to explain the same issue to multiple agents yet there’s still no resolution. @airtelindia #airtel #customersupport #wifi

    @airtelindia After all the network slicing and dicing you have done your network still sucks! Most of the time your internet services are a hit or a miss. My stars need to really aligned to get stable internet connectivity speeds!
