    @airtelindia @TRAI Please resolve issues. Very bad service and bad executive behaviour. Very bad experience by Airtel team. am suffering bad network problems of Airtel even in capital city,No resolution,No response by their team only provide fake promise in a given time frame.

    @airtelindia can your services get any worse? Been more than 24 hours, Wi-Fi is down. And you have nicely closed the ticket saying it’s resolved. None of your engineers called/visited either. And there’s no update as to when it will get resolved.

    @airtelindia pathetic service for loyal customers. I raised a complaint via Airtel Thanks app yesterday as my Airtel Black Wifi isn't working-no internet or TV. Assigned Engineer says no complaint received. Today the app isn't working to lodge it again. @TRAI @MoIB_Official

    Why is it always one-sided? Customers are expected to pay on time no matter what, but when service providers fail, there’s no equivalent responsibility.  @airtelindia what’s the justification here? Why should customers pay full price for disrupted service?
