Airtel was best network provider in my location but now since 5g is launched it started harassing it's customers in my location by providing worst network we can't even make phone calls @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI my location: Rajkhand muzaffarpur

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic! PATHETIC! PATHETIC! network. Not able to make payments, not able to call, call drops, horrendous call quality even if somehow call is connected and 4g internet is so bad that even what's app message is taking almost a min to go through!

@airtelindia I've been trying to activate a dsl plan for the past 2 days and your cust care has not been able to help me. They escalate the matter every time I call them and assure me a callback.I haven't received any call or any resolution. Please help. It's really urgent.
