Aravind Sekar (@iamaravindsekar) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Some engineers visited around 11pm at night & they said they will fix it at night while they have some urgent cases to attend and since this is just a ripout they said they ll fix it in 2hrs. I said its fine even if its fixed before 9am in the morning. Its 11:30am now.

Endless promises, zero accountability, and no resolution. If it takes 40+ hours to fix an outage, customers deserve better. Shameful service.
