So airtel ads have been promoting quick redressal of customer grievances. Such an irony that I've been facing bill issue which I have been trying to get corrected for a week now and the @airtelindia employees are not even bothered and have stopped responding to "customer's"calls

@airtelindia Out landline number 033-4601 6894 is facing technical issues since yesterday. These include noise and disturbance, unclear voice, poor voice quality, cross connection etc. Kindly look into it at the earliest. This is disrupting our day on day work.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i called to technical head of my location and is is not attending the call. After I have explained the issue he disconnected the call. I am sure this will not work. Hotel to not recommended Airtel broadband to any one or will never go for it in future..
