After sending 10 emails, my complaints yet not resolved. I called several times and even talk to senior customer service agent's but still recorded replies. Airtel is loosing best service title slowly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #airtelthanks

@airtelindia @airtelindia I have recharged with Rs 719 Pack recently which was supposed to get queued as my existing pack of Rs 389 has validity of 15 days left. But Rs 719 pack got active and it got merged with my existing pack with no extra validity or data. Fix this mistake please.
