  Pure harassment by @airtelindia . Ended up paying for their iptv while it was not working. Called airtel support for deactivation of wifi + iptv and they denied stating system is not working. Got an email on 29 asking to unbundle and then write to them which was done on June 1.

  While travelling in a train or on a highway, Airtel never disappoint you, their 5g even 4g is pathetic if you are moving continuously, also lack services when you are in a high rise building. This is my personal experience. Tired of this broken connectivity. @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence Received one namesake reply from Airtel and then complete silence.If providing service isn’t a priority, please don’t fool customers by collecting payments and disappearing.Find some other way to make money instead of wasting customers’ time & trust @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?
