Had to google their mumbai circle customer service number called them from my RMN and still asking for my account number, I entered it and it says it's wrong number!! Truly pathetic MC @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence So talking to floor supervisor @airtelindia again a floor supervisor says 4hrs to figure out what's going on. Made a joke? No customer experience is a goal in your company I think and all kinda ******* services you offer is a joke. Doesn't look like you have capable engineers.

@airtelindia @VittalGopal @dth_airtel Worst service & Customer support given by Airtel DTH. Before recharge lot of follow up done. But after recharge DTH service still not active last four days. Also, not proper support given by Airtel.
