@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I have raised my complaint in sep-2020 but not resolved yet. I have provided all the inform requested including screenshots for the payment and payment reference. Provided the Nodel officer confirm mails for recharge plan ₹1800/- plan.

@airtelindia Please do something in my city that is Danapur Patna Bihar. Poorest network in Patna Bihar. Problems we are facing: 1. Voice cutting during calls, 2. 4G data speed is actually 2G 3. Network shows 2 to 3 bars everywhere in Patna specially in my area Danapur

@airtelindia playing with customers patience now,not able to send PORT sms from my main balance, evn @TRAI /@DoT_India has passed circular not to make customer buy sms pack/unlimited recharge for sending single PORT sms. Whn it will be able to PORT from #FraudAirtel??

@airtelindia - Had raised a transfer request way in advance to avoid any delay in installation, but they’ve not been able to have the Wifi connection setup till now. Incompetence and not keeping their commitments has led to huge disruption. Worst service.

@airtelindia last 2 days facing an issue . SR created and getting same message from customer care. "It will be solved ASAP." And Airtel is saying that all @airtelblack customers r privilege customer. But it is not true for service @Airtel_Presence
