    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no interest in retaining customers, just running behind adding new once. 1. Requested for connection relocation - no progress even after 3 days. 2. New Connection - Fixed in 2 hours. I have been airtel broadband and postpaid customer since 8yrs.

    @airtelindia trying to reach your customer executive for DTH related issues on different numbers available online. Almost all lines are bogus and nobody is answering on nearest store hotline. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia worst dth experience har 3-4 months main set of box kharab ho jata hai or har baar visiting charges dena padta hai 2 baar naye connection liye phir bhi wahi problem hai
