@Himansh58626053 @airtelindia I totally agree with you Himanshu. Even i face a lot of network issue with Airtel. Operators should be working on giving a good service to its users instead of just increasing its users. Operators are just focussing on quantity instead of quality.

Customer service just gives the reason that it's there policy as the xstream box belongs to them therefore without recharge they can't allow the usage by any mean. I hv paid a hefty amount of 2.5k for the hd box upgrade to xstream. How this belongs to @airtelindia
