@airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence I am having airtel postpaid 4G WiFi. From past 2 month I am getting very low speed 1-2mbps. I have logged complaint on 13th oct. Complaint# 31-3450777846254 It's not resolved yet. Pathetic service by Airtel. Don't buy anything from airtel.

@airtelindia it’s really bad to see you promote fraud from dealer when they reacharge for less and you not providing support for it. It was nice network service but you really shouldn’t promote fraud activity specially when it was done with my mother who is senior citizen

yet i haven't received any refund,i emailed the nodal officer regarding this,he said give me your bank details,and further he gave a reply back email as shown below, I'm helpless i don't know which ever airtel customer care i call they say we don't handle this area @airtelindia

Worst service from @airtelindia opted for one Airtel plan and within a month this is the 4th time having an issue. However even after raising a complaint 5 days back still no-one bothered to contact regarding the Broadband issue. I regret for discontinuing ACT and choosing Airtel
