@airtelindia i opted for mnp from VI to airtel & had a terrible experience.Faizan+91 9568306628 had charged me for the same as the company gives this as a free service.I didn’t knew abt this but when I confronted him he started talking rude & asked for more payment.unprofessional

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have applied for airtel broadband 5 days back. No one has visited for installation till now and customer support and executives visited for payment, no one is responding to me. They have collected the amount but not refunding the amount.

And he said we are not going to install the dth at your Home. I want to ask one simple question if my address is in village then "@airtelindia" support will always be charged ? and service won't be provided like in cities ? If so like please tell us I can go to other provider.
