@airtelindia @airtelnews I will definitely do that. Kindly understand the intensity of the Issue and how pathetic the internet service has been for the last 2/3 weeks. We are paying bills for all 30 days but there was no internet service for almost 20 days. Think about it, Will you adjust the bill?

@airtelindia @imabhishek999 I request fiber upgrade on 21 and the person came and cut the already existing wires and did not fully install the new system and now i am without internet for 2 days. such a poor costumer service. if you don't address this issue by today i will switch to #JioAirFiber
