It's really exhausting & pathetic to use the @reliancejio network. It's more than 2 yrs, they are working on it, the excuse @JioCare makes. It's the situation of #Delhi 07. What should I expect in #Rural areas. It's a humble request to improve it A #frustrated user @airtelindia👍

Poor Data Connectivity from Last 1 month. I am raising a complaint and ticket is being closed without resolution. Also I m not being contacted. I ported in to Airtel just because network was good, Tower is just 700-800 metres away. Should I port out?@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia MC CHD has removed hanging cables, customers have faced broadband outage. In my residential area, all your customers switched to Jio broadband. I raised a complaint on 15th. Its 21st Dec still awaiting response from your team Your loyal customers leaving, do u care?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i had raised request on Sunday, however no resolution till date. Pathetic customer service, closed ticket without confirmation. You guys have time till coming saturday, or else i'll apply for disconnection.
