Asad Khan (@asad96khan) reported@AirtelIndia broadband is an absolute nightmare. WiFi barely works most of the time, WFH is impossible, and support is deliberately designed to be useless. You’ve hidden every way to reach a real human. That bot on the app is completely brainless, it understands nothing and just traps you in loops. How does a basic disconnection request not have a clear option? Or is making it difficult to leave part of the plan? This is beyond poor service, it’s outright customer harassment at this point. Get your act together.
