  @JioCare Facing network issues for 2 months. Already complained last month no improvement. During power cuts internet stops working and resumes only after power returns. Very unreliable. Using Jio for 7 years never faced this. Please fix or I may switch to @airtelindia.

  @airtelindia I tried to stop the D2H and Wi-Fi service but was unable to.@TRAI/@lahotiak why there is no provision to request for disconnection in the airtel . I have relocated to a new town yet paying for the services that I am no longer using for the last two months . Customer care is not helpful.

  @airtelindia @airtel_Presence This is my second request for help. My unlimited 5G data stopped working sometime last year and still doesn’t work, no matter which prepaid pack I recharge with. I’ve been an Airtel user for years and this is frustrating.

  @airtelindia is a top telecom & internet service provider but my Airtel Broadband is down for almost a week. After replacing &configuring router technician asked us to wait for 30 minutes for configuration at backend. Despite followup for days, still not done. God save customers!

  @airtelindia Why does my 5G unlimited stop working again and again? I've recharged with ₹349 and still being charged for extra data. This is not acceptable. If not resolved soon, I will switch to another network.

  @Airtel_Presence Difficult for me to get in contact with the customer service regarding the refund as if they are doing a favour on me by talking to me and also in a way threatening me that my balance amount might not get refunded. Kudos @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for gold standard of service

  Worst network provider @airtelindia. As my recharge plan expired and I recharged it again, I'm still receiving multiple calls reminding me to add a plan. It's basic sense. I'm so tired of this.
