    My number has suddenly discontinued despite being active for 5+ years with an annual pack. 198 support says it’s active, but the Airtel store says it’s not in their system. Extremely frustrating. Please resolve this ASAP! #AirtelDown #AirtelIndia @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @TRAI Very poor service broadband connection is down and pathetic response from local support team in Jamshedpur Jharkhand. Enjoying public hard earned money. Very poor staff and their behaviours at store.

    Very disappointed with Airtel. SMS for my primary number (OTPs, bank alerts, personal msgs) are being received on my add-on number without consent. No SMS forwarding enabled. Serious privacy & security issue. Store + cus care unable to resolve. Need urgent action. @airtelindia
