    @airtelindia Day by day service level are going wrost. Facing trouble for sending or receiving messages on register mobile number. My all financial transactions get stuck due to SMs not received on my mobile number 9998321970.

    @airtelindia - Airtel Network coverage in Tondiarpet is not good enough compared to other network providers. I couldn't access even a page using data and couldn't make or receive a call from home. I've been complaining and raised an issue with customer care but got no response.

    @airtelindia For a new cellphone connection you will send someone home, however for a replacement sim for an existing customer, we have to come to the airtel store. Interested in new connections only? Not interested in serving existing customers?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is point of having black..when you are treated the worst....More than a month and a issue cannot be resolved....On follow up *** to know ticket is closed??? I should take away the connection and switch to other service provide #shemful
