  Broadband under safe custody. No internet. IPTV cannot work. Yet Airtel keeps billing IPTV charges and admits over email it’s a system/bundling issue. Why should customers pay for Airtel’s system issue? Acct XXXX1989 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Airtel

  @JioCare Still there is no resolution. Do one thing, if this is the level of your service, then please refund my money and take your setup back. I would happily use @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence or any other local service provider.

  My wifi Internet down since yesterday evening and this outage issue happens 2-3 times every month. Worst part is Airtel app/customer care won’t even allow complaint registration due to “area outage”. Extremely poor service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
