    People of India, especially Bhubaneswar — avoid Airtel Broadband. Careless and disrespectful service, extra money demanded for installation, and no real support from Airtel offices except formal emails. Worst customer experience. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Bhubaneswar

    How stupid is this ? I haven’t added any channel and now @airtelindia is charging for the channel. If you don’t revise the final billing I’m not going to pay single penny.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews It's been 6 months internet speed is worst in my area. When I call customer care, they tell same words like parrot "your internet will be fine within 4 hours." Nothing changed. Going to port all my numbers and family to JIO. Mo-8797172737

    @airtelindia faced really bad customer services while shifting a wifi connection from one city to another. Not keeping the commitments, rescheduling jobs etc etc. I never thought that service provider like airtel would do that

    @airtelindia hi need help. We paid up for new fibre connection on May 15th in Mumbai. Scheduled installation was 15th and 2 pm was fixed. Now no response from Engineer assigned. This is rather urgent. @nairrr
