@airtelindia ; Very poor experience I had and as a loyal customer I don't think I deserve that. Your customer service sucks as they don't care for customers and no wonder why you are losing customers. Basics of customer service is that you deliver what has been promised.

@airtelindia In the past days I have spoken to Irfan, Manas, and so many more. I've had a tour of diversity with your customer care executives but not received one solution. They say me I'll get a call in 4 hours but i don't recieve any. Made a joke out of customer.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing issue in Airtel broadband and No one is coming to fix that. SR gets closed without taking any action really customer services are now much degraded in term of satisfaction. I am really really frustrated.

@airtelindia Didn’t expect such bad experiences for the resolution.Fiber has been down for 2days, still no response from your side. Ticket 10046711985 was closed without any resolution. Just make the Internet working asap
