Their incompetent customer care is as useless as it can get. Now I am running behind them to get my money refunded without any success.

    @airtelindia you have third class relationship manager for airtel black customer. They dont listen the customer carefully and say sorry after 30mins and wasted 30mins of time and energy of the customer. You should hire quality of relationship manager.@airtelnews

    @airtelindia waiting from the morning so someone would show up to resolve my issue instead they keep on diverting me to talk to someone else, I have exhausted my cellphone data, now how I am supposed to work and attend my group meetings.

    @airtelindia regarding the services I have raised a ticket for this issue & even called the customer care they say that they are trying to solve the problem, because of someone else's fault I am having the trouble, what am I supposed to answer to my organization of pending tasks.

    @airtelindia while giving the broadband connection they promised that any problems will be solved within hours, now they don't even get back to us, this is the type of customer service, provided by Airtel.
