Hi @airtelindia I have recharge of 2798 rs (1year validity) with and additional 251 rs 50 gb data recharge ,but the recharge for data pack says that It will expire today .kindly help by calling if possible .I cannot waste my 251 rs

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today when I inserted my sim card to phone, it couldn't catch the network. I think it is deactivated since not in use for long time. Is it possible to reactivate it? I have already sent email to 123 support.
