@Airtel_Presence @JAIAGRA05785316 Same with me. I recharged my airtel connection with amount of 360. When talking with customer care they told me that my plan was changed to postpaid and the bill was in minus.without my permission how can you change my plan to postpaid or vice versa. Shameless @airtelindia

@reliancejio ur consumer service staff behaviour is very disappointing and it's been a long while since I have been complaining them about speed issues it is not even 50kbps they never look into the matter pls do pay attention or else I will move to @airtelindia
