    @Airtel_Presence 5 days back I reported network issue in Kolkata | Pin: 700056, but nothing resolved. Moreover even after giving you a reminder, none replied to any of my tweets. As there are a no. of @airtelindia users at my home and all are facing trouble, so we're switching.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is no option on the Airtel thanks app to discontinue the membership. Auto renewal was also opted for in my account without my consent. I want to close the account and discommend the membership. Please help me to do the same.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Suddenly i did not get network on my mobile, after multiple trails reached to Airtel store,I replaced with new SIM and got to know from Airtel that after 4 hrs SIM will be activated. Already waited for 12+ hours still it's not activated. Please support

    @DeepikaBhardwaj @airtelindia Really from 2003 till date never received a call asking for payment from airtel. I use their following services broadband, landline, mobile, TV, cctv cameras and bank. Not even for international roaming was I ever asked for payment.

    @airtelindia very poor in Airtel Xtreme broadband service , in last 3 days i am unable to use interest, and their customer care executives and engineers are not receiving my call . I am going to switch in other company after finishing current plan , plz don’t take Airtel Xtreme

    @airtelindia worst customer support .my broadband connection gets stopped indicating red light (los) i tried calling airtel representative he didnt even pick my call later he transferred work to another representative he called me yesterday but he didn't come this the third day

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested for Airtel broadband connection on Friday(22/04/22) and payment was also successfully completed but I haven’t received the connection yet. Not getting help from the airtel representative to resolve the issue.
