    It's been two weeks and my @airtelindia broadband is still dead. The funniest part is it went down after a 'maintenance activity to improve services'. No one knows how to fix it. @Airtel_Presence only sends template messages. All this in the times of WFH.

    @airtelindia The Airtel networking team headed by Mr. Varunan sent the Mobility team and Tower maintenance Unit in June 2021 to study the connectivity issue and map the signal strength. The report of which is available with you - speak to Mr. Pradeep.

    Do not buy @airtelindia ! Xtreme fiber connection. It's almost 7 days i have paid the amount not yet connection installed. Don't inspire with advertisement. Customer service is very bad @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am a regular subscriber of airtel for almost 10years, but the way the network problem is going on in rural areas of Mirzapur district UP,The service has become very bad.If this problem is not resolved soon then I will be forced to port my sim to some other company

    @TRAI @consumerforum_ @airtelindia Hi all...my internet services are not working since 3 days.. Also there was a misconduct by Airtel staff and no action has yet been taken. Can anyone help?? Should the customers suffer like this?? The brand left me in utter shock.. Shame
