@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How can you simply remove a customer from Airtel black and put them in platinum? Then start demanding all sorts of recharges. My black charge was supposed to be about 2k, but almost 2.5k+ is being demanded from Airtel this month.

@airtelindia very pathetic feel while calling to the customer care representative as their is no direct number to talk with them.The existing option of Ivr is very annoying. if possible kindly generate a new Ivr option.

@airtelindia I had raised a complaint on my airtel connection which was supposed to get closed by 31st Jan for no 986764309 and 9819249668. I find status of complaint closed for 9867463409 where as the network problem persists closed to my surprise.

@airtelindia I am looking for duplicate sim but customer care is not able to help. My sim is Mumbai circle and I moved out of Mumbai 10 years back ,how can I give you Mumbai address proof .I can provide my actual pune address for verification which you are not accepting. Help

There's no network on my phone the network disappeared since last night. I'm unable to make calls. The @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence help isn't working I need immediate assistance. Before any damage is done. The other Airtel sim used by my mum has full network. Look into it ASAP.

Verry wrost service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . i have tell my problem from 26th december,but yet they didn't solve my problem. Just make big things happen to them. They don't care about their customers. Please don't choose @airtelindia , choose other network.
