    @airtelindia from morning 6AM wifi is disconnected and my work is impacted. I raised ticket then got answer that power outage in your area problem will solve by 8pm. Means in 14hr while next to my street internet is working properly. What is the pathetic service by airtel

    @airtelindia Paying 3K+ monthly for Airtel Black & still being forced through lengthy IVR menu before reaching support defeats the entire purpose of a “premium” plan. Has that privilege been quietly removed now? Premium pricing should come with premium support. @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel Wifi service in Delhi is so pathetic and Airtel app is just useless in solving any real Issue the chatbot does the same thing over and over and nothing happen's. No customer support after selling You internet Plan. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
