Yo @airtelindia , I moved out of India on 25th Jan 2020 and currently I am in Vienna, Austria. My international roaming pack doesn't seem to work and I am not able to receive or make calls and sms anymore. Help me out guys, please :) Calling customer care isn't an option too.

It’s very tough to understand whether our village is part of India Or other territory because we are using mobile here from 2006 now it’s 2021, 15 years passed now everyone focusing on 5G testing but here we are not getting even 2G service properly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Broadband service complaint management in Panchkula is total mess 🤮🤮🤮 Just wait for days and days to get problem resolve. ⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳ And funny thing - they promise to give updates, but I ask them every night and they just apologize always 😕

Very slow service by @Airtel_Presence in installing fiber connection. It is more than a month after wiring done and still connection is not started. Shame @airtelindia.
