  Dear @airtelindia, my WiFi has been down since over the past 24 hours and I have been in touch with my dedicated relationship manager but to no avail. The only response that I have got till now is that there is some upgrade work going on and the work will continue over the next few hours. The same reply has been furnished by your customer care executive over the past 2 working days. Its a serious concern for remote workers like me, where they are cut off from their internet connection for extended duration, for no viable reason. I am sure you are going to charge me the entire amount of my bill, irrespective of whether I use my allotted data or not. In that case, why should I pay the full amount when you have failed to provide the service I have been paying for, over the past so many years. I have an unlimited data mobile connection but even using that as a Hotspot for my laptop is not helpful since you have put a cap on the data that I can use through my mobile.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel XSafe camera has developed an issue, but despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, there has been no resolution. Extremely disappointed with the poor after-sales support. Please arrange a proper resolution #Airtel #CustomerCare @airtelnews

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think its better to switch to RJio. Atleast they accept and resolve the issue instead of avoiding it.

  I recharged an unlimited 5G data plan on my number. However, even when my phone is connected to the 5G network, the data is still being deducted from my 4G data balance instead of the unlimited 5G data. Please check and resolve this issue, @airtelindia
