  @airtelindia Urgent! My SIM activation request was not approved by the Sarita Vihar store, even after I completed the ₹199 recharge as instructed. I personally spoke with Customer Care, who confirmed the SIM can be activated/reissued through the store. Please verify the issue.

  Dear @airtelindia @cmrlofficial, Poor Call, Data quality & call drops are rampant for #Airtel subscribers between Chennai Central and Koyambedu Metro stations in Chennai. You claimed this was resolved long ago but still the network is extremely poor in the tunnels. Pls fix ASAP!

  @airtelindia raised a MNP request on 14th Aug via your App and paid for a prepaid plan on the same day but I am yet to receive my SIM. Disappointing way to welcome a customer. To top it up there’s no way I can reach out to customer care- all I can interact with are AI bots.

  @airtelindia what is the issue with your internet service ? It is down since last 4 days and we get a standard reply from the CC that services are down in ur area and will 5-6 more hours. We have office work and rely solely on wifi as ur mobile services are pathetic here.
