  It’s has been more than 28 hours and @airtelindia broadband is not working that too being a posts paid user from more than a year. This is just pathetic. Your customer support is making fool of us . Worst service won’t recommend anyone take airtel bb. I’m closing all my Sims too

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Services The team mentioned nothing can be done tonight or even by tomorrow morning. Why are we customers suffering in spite of paying the charges? How are we supposed to work from home if this is the way Airtel handles things? Pathetic service!!!

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Got assured multiple times that issue will be resolved and some technician will visit my home and get it done. I am still waiting for your coveted technician. Is this your worldclass service and priority care service? Plz suggest will this issue be resolved or not?

  Airtel refund fraud? Paid @airtelindia for yearly WiFi. Service was poor, so I asked to disconnect & refund. 3–4 months later: wrong address, repeated calls, Airtel follow-ups, still no money. Ref: 012025905146_dsl Anyone else facing this? @Airtel_Presence #AirtelFraud

  @airtelindia Airtel Fiber is down since 4 days in my area. What is the issue and when will it get fixed? The entire area is impacted. People like me work from home and it's very inconvenient to work without wifi. Fix asap.

  @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been disconnecting randomly for the last 15 days. I have raised several service requests, but the issue is still not fixed. I hope posting here will help get this issue the attention it needs and that your team will resolve it as soon as possible.
