    @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Looks like it gives unlimited calls, not data which is restricted to 2 GB per day. Network switching from 5G to 4G could be regional.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel you need to upgrade your playbook for Customer grievance resolution otherwise your market share is taking a nose dive. I have raised a complaint wherein I have mentioned that Internet speed is ultra slow not even 3G while I have 5G connection….

    @TrueTaleTech @SBhalaji94 @airtelindia Nope.. jio is totally messed. I have complained about poor signal streaming speed. Uploading and downloading speed is about 130kbps on its 5G. No action has been taken yet and still no improvement for the last 2 weeks.

    Is it time to say Bye-Bye @airtelindia ? Years of trust now seem to be breaking down over expensive recharges. Airtel has removed several popular plans-₹299, ₹579, ₹619 and ₹649. Now the cheapest unlimited 5G option starts at ₹349. Network complaints are a separate issue, and recharges are getting more expensive… so where should customers finally go? 💔 Tell me-who is better- Jio, Vi or BSNL?
