  @airtelindia - your network has gone to the drain off late. I cannot get proper network in my area, forget about using internet. Same issue in the office location as well. I dont know for what purpose should I use your service. Totally pathetic.

  @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your IR pack. Faced constant network and internet issues. Despite reporting, it was never resolved. I paid for reliable connectivity but rcvd poor service support. Won’t be using IR pack again. Pls improve ur roaming service and support.

  What a wonderful service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 👏🏻. Wifi doesn’t work for about 24hrs. We are capped at 2.5GB/day if we use hotspot. How do they expect us to work peacefully? Monthly bills alone arrive on time.

  Tried porting from @airtelindia postpaid to prepaid. Only a single rep handling this at the palam colony store, so it naturally takes time, but waiting 15+ mins for nothing is frustrating. Why can’t this be done online like prepaid to postpaid? Help ASAP or I’ll just close it.
