    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Surprised that porting for a prepaid connection is not offered by you. Was told the software application for prepaid onboarding was down past 3 week. And only post paid requests are accepted. This at Airtel showroom. Can you clarify?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews my Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since yesterday. Customer care keeps saying it's an "area outage" and keeps extending the ETA. However, nearby Airtel connections are working fine.

    But nobody came to fix the issue.. im paying not getting free service from you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If i dont get solution by tomorrow morning Im going to cut all the internet cables which went from my house top. I didnt give any permission to take the connections
