  @airtelindia Your internet service has become extremely poor, with frequent connectivity issues and very slow speeds. I have also had a disappointing experience with customer service, as my complaints are not being properly resolved.

  Hi @airtelindia , I am a airtel user since 10 years but never seen a worst service than yours .....my wifi connection is not working since 7 days with Service request id : 11038835654 and technicians came and fixed it so that it will work for only 20 mins

  @airtelindia what kind of scam are you guys running? You say “unlimited” but 4 days ago my net slowed down. I found out that “unlimited” apparently means only till 300GB, after which the speed drops to 80kbps. And I’m barely getting 30kbps. 🧵

  @airtelindia I applied for Airtel AirFiber on Monday, 24 Aug, and made the payment the same day. Since then, I’ve been calling day in and day out, but there is still no proper resolution. I’m being told that the engineer isn’t picking up the phone. #airtelairfiber

  @airtelindia Normal SMS are working both ways, but I am not receiving OTP SMS from any service. I have tested multiple apps/services. Please check whether transactional/A2P OTP SMS are being blocked or filtered on my number and reprovision/reset the SMS service from the backend

  @airtelindia need support in enhancing the network in Alta Verde, 14th B cross, Eshwara Layout, 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038. All flats in the building have very poor mobile reception and network. In fact it’s slim to none in all flats

  @airtelnews Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your "Priority Postpaid" Fastlane is a scam. I ported to Airtel specifically for 5G network slicing, but it has been completely dead in Chandivali, Mumbai since Aug 6. Local store managers are clueless & 198 is a useless bot loop.
