  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence my 100mbps air fiber service, not getting 5mbps, tried online ser. req., says temp nw congestion will resolve in 4 hrs, pending for 4 weeks, raised n escalated service ticket, closed without resolution, marked resolved, hopeless service!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve been trying to reach a support agent for my internet issue, but your useless helpline only loops through IVR options with no way to connect to a person. This is extremely frustrating. Please assist with a callback or direct support.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unacceptable network from Airtel in my office right in the middle of the Hyderabad. Calls drop constantly, data is unusable, and it’s directly disrupting my business operations. Not what you expect from a “premium” network. Fix this urgently.
