    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Network (INTERNET) in my native Nanjangud, Karnataka is very pathetic.Till yesterday evening it was good, post lunch it is horrible. I am working frm home. With tis network it's really horrible. Can u check this please.

    @airtelindia @MoitOfficial If the connection is down for more than a day, why should the customer continue paying for a service that Airtel is simply not providing? Your customer service seems to be working perfectly at generating complaints, not resolving them.

    @airtelindia if u don't want to listen customer problem then why u give option for calling executive. I called twice and after listening 1 line, call gets disconnected. On Airtel app, u just give chatbot who don't even understand the problem. Pathetic service @airt

    Hi @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing issue with my airtel mobile network. Suddenly network is gone from my sim. I am facing issue from last 12 hours. Tried to call 198/121 from another airtel sim. But satisfactory response is given. Please look into this issue @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence All I wanted: SIM → eSIM. A 2-hour routine process. What Airtel delivered: 6 days, 2 store visits, 1 broken callback promise, 3 template emails, contradicting systems, and a Nodal Officer who didn't read the complaint.
