    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Network (INTERNET) in my native Nanjangud, Karnataka is very pathetic.Till yesterday evening it was good, post lunch it is horrible. I am working frm home. With tis network it's really horrible. Can u check this please.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, whenever there is a power outage in my area, your network signal completely disappears or becomes extremely weak. Mobile data stops working. Please fix this backup issue! #Airtel #AirtelNetwork

    @airtelindia My IPTV not installed even after multiple calls I made to your technician and dropped multiple emails to customer care. My IPTV request - Please cancel my request and refund my ₹500/- immediately. Also discontinue my wifi Airtel Fibre connection

    Airtel is one of the worst ever experience I've had. I mean N number of complaints I've done on the ivr there is not a single excutive to respond to the problem and idk if they check on to their data base or complaints because there's the same issue I face everytime. @airtelindia

    @jig_corp @airtelindia Same thing happened to me. I requested closure, but they took almost 2 months to cancel it. Now they want me to pay for those 2 months,brilliant! Their router is still at my home, waiting for their team to remember it exists.

    The customer care executive deceptively converted my two separate plans (PostPaid+WiFi) into the Airtel One Plan. She used an OTP that was supposed for service closure, but used it to convert to the Airtel One Plan. Are you people going to get down to this level? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia This is absolutely pathetic network and customer service. I have raised the same complaint 5 times, but still no proper response or resolution. I’m paying around ₹4,000 in bills, yet the internet works like 2G.
