    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Network (INTERNET) in my native Nanjangud, Karnataka is very pathetic.Till yesterday evening it was good, post lunch it is horrible. I am working frm home. With tis network it's really horrible. Can u check this please.

    @airtelindia mobile data is not stable, using 4g and 5g both, every time need to sit at window only, wifi is stopped working, assigned a engineer and will come 20hrs later. Its been more than 3 hrs red lights are showing only,Why should i wait for 20hrs to resolve the issue?

    @Airtel_Presence No need your help @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence I share images and I cleared mentioned what company person talk with me during Activation but now I recieved msg from you that you said evidence is not mentioned prepaid but evidence is also not mentioned it post paid

    @airtelindia we are using airtel fibre wifi, speed is very poor we try to connect with customer support. Every time we get same answer that network congestion is there, seems like a hardcoded statis response is pasted there

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have only one Airtel tower here and a common problem with that tower is that the signal disappears as soon as the power goes off. I have filed complaints on 198 several times but to no avail. Every time I say, Sir, it will be fine in 4 hours. 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to purchase a new Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (₹499/40 Mbps). Before paying, I need confirmation that the installer can provide a Nokia G-2425G-A router (or ZTE F670L). I've already sent a DM. Please help.

    @airtelindia my WiFi is down since last night and your customer care number is not reachable. I had DM'ed you some time ago to arrange a callback. I haven't received any call. This is not expected as part of Airtel Black program.
