    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Network (INTERNET) in my native Nanjangud, Karnataka is very pathetic.Till yesterday evening it was good, post lunch it is horrible. I am working frm home. With tis network it's really horrible. Can u check this please.

    Airtel you have blocked all the sources to connect with the customer agent. Called 198/121 there was no option to select to connect. On the app AI really doesn't understand queries. So had to write down here. Please connect. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service! After multiple emails,DMs and repeated visits to the Airtel Store,we're now being asked to wait another 72 hours. It's been days without any resolution. How long should customers continue to suffer due to Airtel's failures?

    @JioCare Fed up with frequent disconnect and no internet thing. Called customer care and requested a visit by the engineer and she kept insisting to restart router (which I did several times since a few days). She instead suggested to close the connection @airtelindia cn u help?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Fiber has been down in Maddalapalem,Visakhapatnam fr the last 3 days. Multiple tickets have been raised,but there's still no resolution. Around 30+ customers are affected.Please resolve this immediately, or we'll be forced to switch to Jio/ACT

    @airtelindia 2 months preventive maintenance done for Wi-Fi service before June. And in rainy season every week at least once the Wi-Fi is down. Almost Every weekend in last 2 months service is down. Are you really serious on providing services?

    @airtelindia In DLF Bhopura, Ghaziabad district, Uttar Pradesh, Airtel’s network signal quality is extremely poor. The internet is not working properly. What should be done? Should all Airtel users port their mobile numbers to another network?

    @airtelindia has responded but still now the issue has not been resolved. If so then I’m planning to port my number. But whatever the reason provided was dissatisfactory. @TRAI @DoT_India
