    Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

    @AirtelPresence I've tried and raised my ticket 3 times and no engineer has called me yet! Even when I've mentioned it to customer services agent that I need it in urgent basis. It's been more the a day and no calls yet. So much disappointed by Airtel services. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my internet is not proper work and I tried to call customer care but got no response. I have ported my sim from vi to airted for better experience And after that I thought that I have take worst decision of my life

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complied a lot, told everything but hears that nodal officer takes customer care sub bus complaints and says to wait 11 days, my recharge is 839 and why should I stop, you have increased my recharge for 10 days if there is a network problem
