    Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

    @airtelindia Pathetic sales and customer service. I applied for postpaid broadband and sales guy activated the prepaid broadband plan.Agents don't know what is available and what is being offered. And sales guy is saying "galiti se kar diya".

    @airtelindia please solve ur issues, ad shows u can get net anywhere but in real life couldn't get connection in city limits, either work ok improving ur network or just stop that ads
