    Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the delay in resolving a simple request for a waiver of charges for the period during which the internet service was not working. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups with your customer care team, no action has been taken.

    My airtel Wi-Fi has been down since yesterday. Same thing happened at the start of July, when the outage lasted 8–9 days. Repeated disruptions make this one of the worst broadband services. I’m now left with no option but to disconnect and switch to another provider. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia what's going on? My internet suddenly stopped working. Even though I'm getting full 5G network,the speed is only 50–60 KB/s. Everyone else's internet at my home is working fine, but mine isn't. I also tried calling customer care, but there was no response. #airtel

    Hello @airtelindia i booked a sim 2 days back a prepaid sim and i completed the payment of rs 349 and after when i done kyc everytime at the last step no otp recieved and i tried many times and now if am not getting support i am moving to consumer court by today evening.
