    Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia do you care creating a SR yourself in order to resolve the issue, or would you need my 20 minutes with you call centre agent to create that SR?? Also can you maybe make sure that the engineer assigned with the task reaches out????

    @airtelindia My mobile no is 8655928378. I made a mistake of recharging for a whole year and am now stuck in this horrible network. Will I get refund for 200 days remaining??? I cancelled my plan to buy Airtel broadband thankfully. Pls help. Airtel 4g and 5g speeds are horrible.

    @airtelindia @PIB_India I am using Airtel black plan. Lost another prepaid number and called 25-30 times to customer care. But no luck to temporary blocking the number. trying from 7 pm but always getting connected from post paid. I really frustrated.
