    Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why I need to recharge at least ₹ 129 just to activate SMS services? Very bad decision. This is just to loot customer money when he/she is in need.

    @airtelindia calls itself the best network?The worst ever customer service, to top that the managers that work here asks what would a manager do? Won’t shy away from asking why are you still continuing with us? Will ask you to pay even after NOT providing services. #worstever
