Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

@airtelindia I am very frustrated with the Airtel Fiber connection. Have been a Customer for 12+ years now but this is really disappointing. I believe Support folks are more concerned about the 'Happy Code' rather than actually making the Customer Happy with the quality service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence India's worst broadband and internet provider. Chutiyanandan 2 din se broadband internet ni chal rha banglore me 16000 ka plan hai 300mbps.3 mbps bi ni aati hai speed kya ghatiya service.waiting time for complain call is 1 hr.
