Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

Worst network service. In my circle @airtelindia network is too bad last 10 days. For make one call need to wait around 1 min to connect the call. Terrible service. Need immediate action or else our area people decided to change network. Location Veppampattu (near nayara bunk)

Pathetic service by @airtelindia, using Airtel black and have asked to disconnect my internet services and still from last 2 months getting the bills for internet, while i am not using the internet from last 2 months. Customer care is also the worst, not getting any resolution.

@airtelindia what kind pf service is this I opted for the airtel fibre connection and an engineer got assigned he came yesterday for the setup but went without doing anything and been trying the customer care since yesterday but no one is acting on it.. is this you are proud of?
