They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

Just Worst Internet out from Sunday calling to agents and customer care There is no response Also the service Agent coming from monday And saying 1 thing It will be fix in 10 15 minutes and runs away. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.
