Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

I spoke to customer care, they explained procedure of getting new sim, I'm currently living in United Kingdom, hence I authorise my cousin brother to handover the SIM, also I have followed all the process but at last the request has been rejected. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
