  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber (100 Mbps plan) has been broken since 01 July — Complaint 11033994877 / 11034261077. Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work. Fix this or refund me. #AirtelFailedMe #airtel #jio

  @airtelindia , this was not expected from you. in the last 25 years , I have been airtel customer for 18 years. A1 service even in the absence of competition. @jio stands no where. Today 9:30 mail, I am yet to hear from you . As for 121 , keep punching nothing gets registered .
