    Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Iam Rahul ojha in my home(Lucknow )am using wifi since 2023, there is no wifi working since yesterday, complain multiple times to airtel customer care (6-7 time) till post. outrage issue i get, wifi is not work approx 30 hrs. Is this airtel service.

    @NPCI_BHIM @airtelindia I made an Airtel prepaid recharge through the BHIM app. The amount was debited from my bank account successfully, but the recharge was not completed and I have not received any refund yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

    @airtelindia Your Airtel DTH is one of the worst I’ve seen. Been trying to reach a customer care representative for more than half a day and yet the entire process is looped. You’ve disabled all the options to remove channels from the Airtel Thanks App as well.

    Very disappointing experience with Fiber. For 1 month I’ve been requesting customer support to permanently close my connection due to poor service, but my requests are being ignored while I’m still expected to pay ₹600 every month @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia got disappointed by ur service store located at fergussion college road Pune. Visited for new esim, but ur employee said esim has been banned for prepaid. You will need to convert it to postpaid. Same I got done from private vendor seating nearby ur store. @TRAI
