This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @airtelindia how to reach out to airtel black customer service if ai don't have any airtel number? My registered mobile number is a jio number and I need help with my billing issue.. Else I have to disconnect my airtel black connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi network connectivity issue compilant was raised yesterday and it should be resolved on May 5th 6.30 PM as per the SLA but still no one reaching my home and resolve the issue May I know what's the purpose of raise the ticket and set the SLA?

    @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

    @airtelindia what is happening to your service? We booked a guy from your website to setup our wifi, he came , told us the plan , told us we have to pay the amount upfront to book the slot, we paid 1500 rupees, he said he will get it done on 3rd may , by 11 am #airtel

    @JioCare @airtelindia (2/2) At one point, I had to beg at the Jio service center because they hadn't resolved my internet issue for over 15 days, even though I had already paid for 1 year and it was impacting my office work. They treated me like a dog—maybe worse than a street dog.
