    @3bagsfulll @airtelindia As a result I had no internet and frequent disconnections for 15 days, I’ve applied for disconnection. When I called Airtel customer service they said they will refund remaining prepaid amount in 45 days. Someone called from Airtel disconnection called and said they won’t.

    @airtelindia You can’t fix a DTH connection and you taking of 5G. My DTH is dead since past week but your charges are not. I am paying for a dead DTH connection. You guys have any morals or they are as dead as your DTH services

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why is my phone showing no sim card found even after cleaning it? It works for sometime and then shows the same error. Does Airtel want its customers to buy new sim card? I won't take a new card for sure, i might as well switch to some other network
