    @reliancejio @JioCare facing internet latency from last few weeks. Raised with support in morning & it worked and situation is same now. Let me know if this can be resolved else I will move to @airtelindia like I switched my postpaid connection since support from jio is pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service! Paid AirFiber booking charges yesterday after multiple application issues. Was promised engineer visit within 24 hrs, then by evening. No visit yet. Now being asked to wait 72 hrs. Is this customer service or a scam? @FibreAirtel @airtelindia

    One genuine question for @airtelindia: When customer care says "high priority", what does it actually mean? Because after days of waiting, multiple escalations, repeated promises, and no resolution, "high priority" seems to mean "wait another few hours."
