    Hey @airtelindia , we've been facing a WiFi outage in our region (PIN 442907) causing major disruptions in our daily work for more than 2 days now. Customer care says it's unplanned and has no idea when it's gonna get fixed. Kindly get it fixed ASAP!

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down for 3 days straight. I've contacted customer care multiple times with no resolution or even a response. This is unacceptable! After every 10 days days my WiFi goes down what the hell @airtelindia #Airtel #WiFiDown #CustomerServiceFail

    Hello @airtelindia , I’m using your services since long. I’ve two mobile connection and one WiFi. Last three days there’s no network at my phone and WiFi is completely shut down.
