    @airtelindia "One CSO" Who addressed herself as a supervisor of Airtel customer care team is such an unskilled and a discourtesy employee I have ever seen in a customer care profile. Never expected such poor and disrespectful service from a big brand like Airtel.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , been trying to reach a customer care executive for days to report an issue which can't be solved by raising tickets in the thanks app. I had recently ported to my VI sim to Airtel and I had the worst experience in customer service.
