The network keeps switching between 5G & 4G and it's so frequent that any apps like UPI, Banks and for that matter Airtel Thanks freezes. Voice call drops or disruption too is ALWAYS ON. Instead of deducting this first you guys deduct from normal pack which has 1 year validity. Its a loss to customer. Its not customer friendly
