@Airtel_Presence Problem is not resolved till now. @airtelindia @Airtel After 10 days, simply you can't add two child numbers to a parent number in family plan. Worse customer service!

@reliancejio @JioCare impressed with swift email on return of security deposit, will return if you fix your terrible voice network in Gurgaon - many dropped calls or bad voice quality calls, your data is better than @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if not as fast BUT improve voice

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia huge thanks to your linesman Ramji in Gurgaon who not only fixed broadband problem but also called a day later to check if all was ok. On the other hand mobile network team has disappeared without resolving problem.
