    @airtelindia Guys why did u bid for 5G when u can't handle 4G and ur broadband ??? Pathetic service all across from the country's largest Telecom Company. Out of 7 days in a week 4 days broadband doesn't work. Wake and Shake urself up or **** down this Sham. Phew !!!

    If there is voting for Telecom company with worst customer service it will be @airtelindia without any doubt. They give fake engineer details, will send msgs of rescheduling on customer name even though custome is not requesting. Total fraud practice

    @airtelindia No point in just keep on launching plans / packages etc. Over Cost reduction is a Curse in Telecom. Airtel has gone to extreme. Offer Good Quality Broadband Modem and Cables first to support high quality signals that don't break or pulse doesn't goes down.Continuous!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I filed a complaint on Friday for the broadband and they promised that it will be fixed by 7 pm, it’s Sunday now, there is no callback or follow up NEVER TAKE THE AIRTEL SERVICES IT SUCKS!!

    @airtelindia As we discussed during today’s call, the number you mentioned in the DM is incorrect. I added that number myself. The other number I mentioned in the DM multiple times and discussed in the call is the one I’m currently facing an issue with and haven’t added to the family plan yet. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long for this issue to be resolved.

    Hello @airtelindia, My current pack was about to expire, so I recharged with the ₹349 plan which includes 2GB/day data. Even after the recharge was successful, it is still showing “2GB over” and my internet is not working properly. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia Your Airtel DTH is one of the worst I’ve seen. Been trying to reach a customer care representative for more than half a day and yet the entire process is looped. You’ve disabled all the options to remove channels from the Airtel Thanks App as well.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Madurai, num 8807720808. Recharged ₹359 (2GB/day). Unlimited 5G is active in Thanks app & phone shows 5G, but daily 4G data is still draining instead of unlimited 5G. 198 call didn't help. Fix this technical bug ASAP.
