For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business. Calls frequently fail/drop, take 1-2 minutes to connect and often have no voice. Internet also doesn’t work despite full signal. Almost all Airtel users are facing the same issue. Shame on you.
