    @airtelindia 1st focus on your 4G service from last 4 days totally network down speed is 0.2 to 0.5 kb unable to open any webpage. You always stated that u r best telicom service provider but its bullshit.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel is fooling the customer. I did not use more than 100 mb data and my limit is 1 gb per day then also my data is over. Please provide me uses of my data. I m switching to jio.

    @airtelindia Airtel Xtreme Fibre internet is not working since 24 hours now. Your service is pathetic. Downtime should be compensated with credit to user account for equivalent period of downtime. Waiting for JIO to come in and bid adieu to Airtel.

    @FibreAirtel I got a connection on 2nd jan of Airtel XStreme fiber. Firstly it took 2 days to get the internet working. Now after 7 days it's down. I raised a service request it says engineer will reach to you tomorrow. I am doing WFH. What shall I say to my Manager @airtelindia

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.
