    **** you @airtelindia 😤😤😤 its been a month i am trying to contact the Airtel customer service for my refund of broadband connection which got cancelled, but i am getting the disappointment everytime, pathetic customer service, just rediculus. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia. Last time I am requesting and complaining. If you don’t improve your network. I will have to port my connection. I am Airtel user since last 14/15 years but highly disappointed with service and connection.

    @airtelindia is the worst service provider telicom company , who they dont sufficient customer care representative i am trying from last 2 hour and they put on hold and disconnect the ,i i was think to buy new airtel broadband connection but now i am going cancel that

    @airtelindia Airtel Xtreme Fibre internet is not working since 24 hours now. Your service is pathetic. Downtime should be compensated with credit to user account for equivalent period of downtime. Waiting for JIO to come in and bid adieu to Airtel.

    @airtelindia pathetic, useless network. When I was postpaid customer everything was good but few days back I became prepaid customer and Airtel starts to show its true colour. Not acceptable at all. Worst network.

    I have requested for service activation of airtel broadband plan of 799 for 3 months. Payment has been already done on 11-10-2020, Still I haven't been updated regarding same and I didn't receive any kind of call from your technician. Do the needful @airtelindia #airtelthanks

    @airtelindia i am using Airtel 4g hotspot postpaid connection. Few days back by data balance suddenly reduced to 27 GB from 47 GB in a day that too with limted usage. I tried calling customer care but could not connect. This is crucial as I am working from home. Pleas resolve

    @jagograhakjago @airtelindia @cpgrams Airtel has illegally blocked my outgoing call and sms on my sim with active valid recharge due to non completion of KYC even though the deadline for KYC is 8th June. This denial of service even after me paying stops me from even porting out.

    Will you extend my service validity for the days lost due to your delay? If this issue is not resolved immediately, I would like a refund for the remaining period due to such poor service quality. At this point, switching to @airtelindia seems like a far better option. (3/3)

    @airtelindia My internet suddenly stopped working one day in March. After more than 10 customer care complaints and 15 days they couldn’t fix my service. So I had to port to Jio. Now airtel is not acknowledging my outstanding payment which I have already paid twice.
