    @airtelindia Airtel network has become horrible.Outside city limits of Nagpur pone does not work. Either there is no service or or weak network 4G shows but nothing operates.Why should we continue with such poor service

    Dear @airtelindia. Last time I am requesting and complaining. If you don’t improve your network. I will have to port my connection. I am Airtel user since last 14/15 years but highly disappointed with service and connection.

    @airtelindia pathetic, useless network. When I was postpaid customer everything was good but few days back I became prepaid customer and Airtel starts to show its true colour. Not acceptable at all. Worst network.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel is fooling the customer. I did not use more than 100 mb data and my limit is 1 gb per day then also my data is over. Please provide me uses of my data. I m switching to jio.

    @airtelindia I recharge my Airtel prepaid number few days back, and there was additional benefits of Airtel Xstream premium, but there is not such benefit available as I downloaded Xstream. Please help

    @Airtel_Presence sometimes, 4G connectivity drops suddenly to 2G (E+) for few minutes and this network drop affects internet usage very much. Please resolve this issue as I tried same from your Airtel thanks app but it doesn't have such option. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I want to port my Airtel number there is no offer unnecessary fast data deduction really not satisfied worst service ever customer care also not talking properly other company service like Jio and vi is better and cheaper please port my number into another company.

    @airtelindia It's been 12 days, no action from your end, how do you think a customer should react to this non sense, you have generated a fresh bill , what for ? Half of the month i couldn't use your services due to your service team's negligence and had to do multiple recharges on my phone

    @airtelindia Unfortunately, I am still unable to set my desired Hello Tunes as a postpaid user, despite having contacted customer service. They were unable to assist me with this issue. I find this unacceptable given the cost of the service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what would it take to bundle all the airtel services that i am using.. everytime i do it from airtel app , its says “ something went wrong” if i call customer support ( that is a nightmare in itself) they disconnect the call saying “sir technical issue araha hai aap thodi der baad try karna” Kya chahte ho bhai? Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

    @airtelnews Airtel Fiber down AGAIN – just 5 days after the last outage. This is now a REPEATED PROBLEM, multiple times a month. For a paid broadband service, this is unacceptable. Fix this properly or disconnect my connection permanently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I keep getting redirected to AI/chat loops. I work from home and this repeatedly affects my work.Multiple follow-ups, multiple attempts to escalate, little to no response. Paying full bills for unreliable service and repeated outages is unacceptable
