discrimination policy is not accepted 2 nos. currently running 45plan that too auto deduction frm main balance another number saying 45 discontinued although same plan reflecting in @airtelindia thanks app is it a joke if yes then a very bad Shame on @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia When asked for discontinuing their broad service WITHIN 10 dys of getting conctn, airtel customer care refused to refund me the setup charges and monthly charge i paid! Preposterous!!! For using 10dys of intrptd you are chrgin me Rs 1768?
