    @airtelindia Very poor support for broadband. I have been calling ur customer helpdesk again n again for the last 3 days. Everytime a new slot is given for engineer's visit. No one visited to resolve the issue. Again I got a new slot for tomorrow and that is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia I was cheated by customer care. They are giving the wrong commitment to me and when called for my change plan they are asking me to go for disconnection. This is not fair and Airtel being a reputed company you should not be like this. Please help.
