  @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

  @airtelindia I am facing a major issue with my 5G unlimited data. Despite having an active unlimited 5G plan, my 4G data is being consumed instead. Once the 4G data gets exhausted, my internet stops working completely. Please look into this urgently. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel, are you only going to make recharges expensive, or will you actually provide internet service too? I recharged with a 5G plan and have a 5G phone, yet the speed is zero. People of the country, let's get rid of Airtel.

  @airtelindia has the worst customer service. You cannot get on a call with customer service team and the airtel thanks app and itd chatbot is useless. Also, my wifi connection got over and thry have started billing me monthly without even asking me.

  @TRAI @airtelindia I would urge all to comment if facing a problem with Airtel for poor connection and service but charging full amount every time. There is no grievance escalation portal. Just talk to them or write a mail and no resolution but continue. Need to take it to fianality.

  @airtelindia I have been struggling to get data on my number .. have opened five service requests and spoke countless times to my so called relationship managers cuz I got a black account .. it is nothing but pain ..

  Hello, my Airtel Wi-Fi has been completely down for the last 10 days. I have registered multiple complaints on the app, but no technician has visited and no support was provided. Your customer service is extremely poor. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  Hey @airtelindia, Is there anybody in your company who has accountability w.r.t customer issues and ensure that the services work with minimal disruption ?. Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Remember your are a listed company. You need to get your act right when even our **** have become more efficient. #airtel
