    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing poor network connectivity in Jaunpur, UP, with pincode 222145. sometime Internet works but most of the time it does not. i tried calling care no and its the dumbest IVR setup i have seen, no way to connect the executive it seems.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you have some problems with @BSNLCorporate? When i try to dial any BSNL number from my airtel number it takes me 8 trials to get through the call. Pls fix this basic services and then talk about your tall claims of 5G

    @airtelindia If I say I need a BB/DTH in no time there is a person selling both on my doorstep. But when I want 2 cancel and get my Refund why r u making lives so miserable? Will I ever think Airtel as my 1st pref? No. Will port a mobile too from Air tel now

    @airtelindia, you keep following up on an unpaid bill, every time I tell you there is a billing error, you acknowledge and promise to check and get back. Then another person calls asking for payment. It's an endless loop; please break the cycle and fix the error

    Is it just me or do others too feel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer and resolution has gone to worse It seems the service engineer has no clue how to resolve #airtelbroadband issues
