    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I have a open issue and airtel121 is not replying from last 7 days. Where is your 4 hour answer policy? The broadband service of airtel is ridiculous,nobody listens the issue even engineer does misbehave and airtel didn't do anything. Is this service airtel provides?

    Hey @airtelindia why you removed SMS service from the RC79 plan which is basic plan to keep survive of existing number & SMS's packs not available in AP&TS circle why??? @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews May I know why my issue is not being looked into. It’s 7 day today I have called around 20 times and spoken to 6 different senior techs. Everybody claims the issue is escalated but no technician event visits my place.

    @airtelindia Airtel Black is a sham. Ever since migrating to it 3 months back , every month the bills are incorrect. Your CS staff are never able to resolve the issue, no one responds to email. You just lost a 20 year old airtel customer. #airtelblack #sham

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Also I spoke to escalation last Nandini. She told first the issue will be resolved by first half, then she called me and said by second half, then next day morning, then another 24 hours.Are making a fool out of me.Such a pathetic service
