    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have postpaid connection, with 3 family plan , Iam following up with the customer care as I have problem of call drop as well as internet drop very frequently every 10 - 16 min, No response from ur chatbot, I feel it is dummy, Poor, bill is full.

    @airtelindia Xstream fiber is the worst wifi broadband service I have experienced so far. It's not even been 1 month since I am using and it has been down for more than 10 times. You can't even lodge a complaint through their app. Customer care number also don't lodge complaint.

    @airtelindia Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My Airtel Black hasn’t been working for the past 2 weeks. Neither the service center nor customer care has provided any support. I finally decided to discontinue the service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews worst customer experience. When having a new connection you send your tech person within 30 mins to the location. But when it comes to any issues it takes ages to solve the issue. Ticket# 11028381162

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. My internet has not been working since evening and despite raising a complaint, I’ve been given a resolution date of 28th April which is completely unacceptable.This kind of delay in today’s time is frustrating. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia If you can’t provide services, why don’t you shut yourself down? Why are you causing troubles? My WiFi is done for more than 24 hours and your service people are just playing around telling “coming in 10-20 minutes.” One day late in payment and you charge late fee.
