@airtelindia my broadband hasn't been working for the past three days. I was expecting a service engineer to turn up today, but the one who was assigned is out sick. Isn't this something that you should've known beforehand? Will I have to wait for another day?

@nikhilAKAsunny @airtelindia The issue is this. Looks like they have outsourced the maintenance to locals vendors and there is no coordination and they are also not trained. Two days back an engineer came in sleeveless and shorts and I asked for ID and he didn’t have. This is also a security risk. Useless.

Never in my life ,i thought that i will be crying for airtel services on dongal to get disconnected.Its so dissapointing that dongal which i have not even used for more than a day,im forced to pay bills of it from past four months. @airtelindia @foodsuppliesmp @MPPoliceOnline

Worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the internet has been down since 48 hours but resolved yet even by choosing airtel Premium Xsteam fibre . There are 3 tickets created for this. They can not even change wire within 48 hours.I think must switch to @reliancejio.

@airtelindia #AirtelXstream @AjayChitkara2 1 month before i bought Airtel Xtreme fibre with dth but 2 daz after network frequently starts disconnected. I complaint many times but no resolution has been given,even calls disconnected by ur engineers.Please do the needful
