    @Rams_squirrel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't rely on their call center. Go to a walk in help center. Similar issues i faced couple of months back and finally I had to search for their local office. Call center people sends SMS of closing the complaint saying that the issue has been resolved. But No,aisa hota nahi hai.

    Its been around three weeks i took a duplicate SIM against my airtel connection 8146089495 & m unable to use any services.SIM is still not activated. Customer care is always giving excuses. As per them my old sim still reflects in system. @airtelindia @DoT_India @airtelcomplaint

    @airtelindia It must be desperate times at Airtel. Received an SMS early morning that my bill is OVERDUE even though due date is today.Recorded message with outgoing calls since y’day to remind me that my bill is due today...and by their own classification am a premium customer!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised many complaint regarding offer fraud and cheating by airtel my thanks app. It gave me 1.5 gb and 28 days for 199. Even twitter team said, they will take care, but to no avail. #airtelcheating
