    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did my broadband recharge but I got message that it's successful but still my internet is inactive. Worst Airtel app,can't even access the account details on portal. Just payment, no activity even after the payment is done.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My recharge was successful on 11 March for 118 Rs but it is not reflecting in my balance. Your customer care told it will take 10 days to get refund if its not successful. Can you tell me where is my money. Transaction id N-JW7J36W-HM0LZ65-C3AH2R7

    @Airtel_Presence Despite paying the bill ,Our phones are not working. This is absolutely unfair. Initially you did not send the bill, after lot of F up ,We got the bill and paid on the same day. I think we made a big mistake by moving from Vodafone to Airtel..@airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia Is this a joke, My internet services in gurgaon are down(LOS) for 3 days.Complaint number is "10057413010". As per your team it will be resolved by 2-July .If you can not resolve the issues in such a big city what to expect from in other cities of india?

    Very worst operator and customer service,your Network cheating myself, I did not use my internet from yesterday night 10PM to today morning 6.30AM but after 6.30AM I wantch my internet balance by Airtel thanks App it's showing 0KB left, I did notuseregulardatapack @airtelindia
