    @airtelindia Paid ₹831 for my FTTH bill after seeing the ₹100 discount shown on the bill. Now customer care says the discount is only available when paying via Airtel QR/Thanks app. This was NOT mentioned in my previous call. Please clarify and resolve.

    Pathetic service, @airtelindia. I have been trying to talk to the customer care executive since weeks now, haven’t been able to do so still. Extremely disappointed.
