    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For nearly 2 years I have been receiving repeated calls demanding return of a router that was already collected by Airtel. This reflects serious failure in record management and has become customer harassment. Resolve this permanently.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia phone has shown ZERO network signal for a whole week in Uttar Pradesh. Visited your store, got nowhere. Total dead zone for both calls & internet. I'm a student and my work is being affected by this.
