@airtelindia on march 1st we have taken airtel xtream Fibernet connection in Hyderabad and we had the issue of internet issue on last week Friday, it’s been more then four day’s and still customer care people are saying they are escalating issue but no resolution provided til now

@airtelindia my internet connection is not working for couple of days there's DNS server error on your end, I tried to reach out but was only greeted with bots, on Airtel app it says my complaint will get resolve by 16/3/2022, who will pay me back 8 days lost in resolving query.

Registered name: Himanshu Karnataka Sim No. 9066453893 Issued new sim yesterday, but no network respond, it was told by customer care center it will be activated within two hours. One day has been passed, no network, not able to make calls and surf the internet.@airtelindia

@airtelindia worst service. Voice breaks. While using internet it seems I'm living in 2G era. Last 15days terrible experience at my home and office same. First I thought handset problem. Later I discover it is for airtel's super service as the second sim @BSNLCorporate works well

@airtelindia has a pathetic IVRS system and even pathetic is there so call AI which automatically raises a request for internet issue without you even asking them to do it. It even does not allow you to speak to their useless customer care.
