    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I had paid my postpaid bill on 19july inr 471, but it was not settled on airtel app. Again paid on 20july still same issue pls check and resolve the matter and refund the extra paid amount.

    @sahil_vi @airtelindia Sim issue is very smooth process and activation is done in few hours itself….never had any difficulty

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You’ve made it so easy for customers to change from prepaid to postpaid. But when I want to downgrade my postpaid plan you aren’t allowing me to do that. Utter looting. Help me in changing the plan #AirtelLoots #badcustomerservice

    @airtelindia the problem of network is persistent for a long period but still no action is taken, after 7 days the plan expires u don't even allow the incoming call, the option of smaller recharges have been eliminated and claim ur network is best. Ur network sucks

    No wonder why @airtelindia has removed option to speak to customer care. They've deactivated my active number. when I got duplicate sim, they cancelled activation. I am stuck with no money, thanks to them since bank account is linked to my no. Gpay too stopped working #AirtelDown
