    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel India has been billing me while I have stopped their internet services. I just wanted to call them out. Since I have been calling 121 and emailing them including their grievance cell. This is unnecessary harassment of the customer

    @airtelindia @airtelnews the foolish complaint service you provided to the user. When we are going to call on 198(complaint service number), the computer is asking for the press of key according to the issue, but the computer didn't take the input as the keys are pressed.. tweet1

My boradband, internet and family calling has been blocked for a week and it has been really inconvenient for me. I have the receipt transaction ID and everything and still nobody helped

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was charged for Amazon prime renewal post disconnection of my broadband. I call customer care and they discontinued Amazon prime and told me the charges will be waived off and I was still getting calls from billing department to pay the amount.
