(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Hey @airtelindia I got 10+ calls last week to remind me the bill was due. Today with my broadband service not working I am trying to get hold of a customer service executive to speak about my complaint. Thank you for letting me know that it’s better to use a local wifi network!

I'm done with Airtel service and it's billing scams. It's completely unfair they will add anything they can without our knowledge and we need to pay them. If not they will disconnect everything. Such a horrible experience I ever had fortunately. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @airtelnews first inptove your 2G and 4G signal quality in India, then think about 5G. Worest signals from last 2 months. Every time you will send a message after raising a complain that you have improved it. But 4G net speed is 0.3MBPS in Hyd. #worestnetworkairtel
