(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Is this the kind of service you provide, its just about a week i got my airtel fibre broadband installed and from last 4 days the internet service is not working. Am i paying you for free? Cancel my service and refund my full amount.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since last 40 days i.e. 23Dec2020 people are unable to use airtel internet in our locality. Internet just don't work, not works even in slow speed. But it just works properly at late night. Raised complain many time but no solution yet. Pls help
