(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . It's been more than 15 days and network coverage in my area remain dropped all the time. Even though I can't make a call and can't use data. Kindly look into matter otherwise MNP is likely to be used by many customer.
