    (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Is this the kind of service you provide, its just about a week i got my airtel fibre broadband installed and from last 4 days the internet service is not working. Am i paying you for free? Cancel my service and refund my full amount.

    I have a Problem Regarding Upload Speed on my Airtel number that is so that prepaid numbers get so less upload speed(<1mbps) or is there some other problem cause i get a decent download speed(>20mbps). Please Look Into This Matter ASAP! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a platinum postpaid customer. I did purchased extreme fiber broadband prepaid plan for an year in September 2020. Since, then it has not worked till 10 days. When I asked for waiver/refund/cashback the customer care refused. Please resolve.
