    (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia unable to attend my online classes.pathetic conditions of internet in this region.tired of not getting any response despite lodging a no.of complaint via email. where's your commitment towards grievance redressal

    @airtelindia My airtel number is 9199322935 i have been having problem since month many times my airtel internet goes away showing no internet connection inspite of haing full netwrk connectivity many time it happens when its shown 5g kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Is this the kind of service you provide, its just about a week i got my airtel fibre broadband installed and from last 4 days the internet service is not working. Am i paying you for free? Cancel my service and refund my full amount.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia DLT message services are not working. VI corporate support does not know the plans or pricing. VI Store seem to live in heaven and do not care about anything. VI social media team said they are looking into this. VI is a perfect killer of business.

    @airtelindia the person who came said feasibility is there and took payment & installation ppl are stating no free port and it would take more time.. tis is how u tak money and cheat the customer & nw whn i call 198 asking them to cancel thy are stating we cant cancel it wtf ??

    @airtelindia why have u made it so for customers to talk to your representatives. I want to remove connection of Airtel fibre but I am not able to do so. I know you guys want to retain your customer but please don't this kind of tricks

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is extremely frustrating. I requested shifting of my Airtel WiFi connection 5 days ago, and the request is still pending with no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been zero support from customer care.
