(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I had been using name tune service of @airtelindia from years. This month they stopped this service. Despite its plans being expensive than its peers I was paying happily only for additional services like this. Stopping service without any intimation is wrong. @Airtel_Presence
