    (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel agents are threatening me and my family as I wanted to cancel my connection. This is how their retention team work. This ill practices should not tolerated. If you call me again I will file a FIR against your agents.

    Amazing how difficult it is to try to cancel broadband subscription of airtel. There is no option to terminate account on @airtelindia thanks app. One has to speak to the customer care executive after jumping through many hoops ...

    @airtelindia It's totally not working in paharganj area of New Delhi.Raising complaint since Sep'22 but all waste.Earlier 4G & now 5G also not working.Lot of disturbance also in incoming & outgoing of calls.@airtelindia keeps the complaint open for days & then close it on its own. Jio best.
