(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Even after such bad consumer experience, I took another @airtelindia no ( 9155601620) for which I am experiencing horrible interrupted data service. If @airtelindia doesnt resolves the issue, I will be left with no other option then shifting jio.

After being a very loyal customer for @airtelindia, even during 2016 when jio started offering free data &voice service, @airtelindia has suspended my no.8828265290 which was using since 2015. Customer care no 121 is not at all helpful & its quite irritating. @Airtel_Presence
