(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

It's been more than 6 year with airtel. But because of your weak network in rural area. Going to port my number to jio very soon. Airtel has high speed internet but it's worthless without network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

@airtelindia what a pathetic service. I have raised a technology upgradation request for my broadband number 07514040602 on 27th June Have received no response till now. Escalated almost 5 times. Currently on call waiting on 121 from past 40 mins @AshwiniVaishnaw
