(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

If it's a new connection, they come home even if it's a 20 yr old. But if you're 80 yrs old and an existing customer requesting a SIM replacement, they don't care. You'll have to drag your *** to the Airtel Store! #ExemplaryCS #AirtelDoesNotCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Disconnection request complaint number 137239458 Airtel representative told me that bill will be waived off within 24 hours. Now I am getting calls from airtel everyday almost 4 times a day & everytime they are asking me the same thing why I want disconnection.

@airtelindia Installation person promisedthat this issue will be resolved in a month now its 7 months I am getting same speed. When I raised disconnection request airtel representative promised me that my connection will be on hold for a month and bill will not be generated.
