    @airtelindia I am unable to make call and use my data service from my airtel number. I have recharged my no with ₹149 plan on 19th May 2020.

    This location are network problem,few weeks, where are your local officer. But not solve this problem. People are very anger. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    Irrespective to that i was charged for 3 numbers monthly plan. Kowing that those 2 numbers never got ported and Airtel never did any followup either. Also after multiple complaints to the cust care for correcting the amount and to make it legtimate.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence I was not using an @airtelindia prepaid number for quite some time, but the day before yesterday I made a recharge of ₹128 to that number to resume the service. But the sim status is still - no service. Can you help in this regard?

    Worst decision of my life- using Airtel. Its been 5 hours and my phone network is dead. Neither can i call nor can i receive or send any text. Best thing i can’t even complain on their customer care number because “ CALL TOH LGRA HE NAHI HAI” WHY AIRTEL WHY? @airtelindia

    No action was taken and the complaints were closed without talking to customer. That shows how customer centric is Bharti Airtel group is. Wish i could port my number again to Vodafone (90days lock) as i dont expect any solution from Airtel. @TRAI @airtelindia @ViVodaidea

    @VISHWAS31248607 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Vishwas, just keep phone on wifi. Ignore the error. Keep it for like more than 2 hours then restart your phone. Just remove other sim and reset network settings. It worked for me

    @airtelindia Non sense things talking about 5G and 4g is working lower than 2G complaininv from last one month. No improvement. Having problem since 2 months.
