So a brand new @airtelindia xtreme connection is costing 2499. But if you want to upgrade from your existing airtel DTH then you pay 2549. What kind of mad pricing is this? Shouldn't existing customer pay less?

Its impacting my work n am thinking of moving to some other network as no point in being priority cust
