    @airtelindia From last 7-10days I am facing such a poor network . Calling is awsome but data connectivity is very poor . In every 5min data is not working. I am restarting or switching to jio in evry 5-10min Can you look into this Airtel no:9122429285

    @pbhushan1 @airtelindia does not care about customers. I'm not getting my unlimited 5G. The reason they are giving is that my area does not provide unlimited 5G whereas I used to get it earlier. The customer care is pathetic and their representatives at care centers are even more pathetic.

    Such a shameful service from Airtel, I made this tweet after so many normal failed tickets via airtel app and telephonic support. 22nd was the hard deadline over the mail but failed again and when I asked about it then they’ve come up with saying that they’ve registered another ticket with different deadline. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4/5 What this cost us: ₹300 for a SIM we never needed, a number surrendered for no reason, a family plan rebuilt from scratch, and 21–22 Aug with no mobile data on my primary number. I found out mid-UPI payment and 2 days on hotspots & public Wi-Fi

    @airtelindia Probably my last recharge with you guys. Gonna shift to some other network. Anyways you guys have very patchy network despite doubling the recharge amount every 6 months. Keep increasing the rates. The customers will leave en mass.

    @airtelindia 3 WEEKS and still no refund! After rebundling my DTH service, I returned the set-top box to the Airtel team as required. The equipment was collected, but my refund is still pending. How long does Airtel need to return a customer's own money? This is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia Did you send such bills charging unnecessarily extra amount from your customers? Today I denied payment maybe some innocent customer will do it? Did you forget customer sticks to loyalty and brand equity. I shall immediately switch to jio from such fraudsters @airtelindia
