    @airtelindia Submitted my Airtel Xtreme broadband connection shifting request 2 days back, your executive promised me that the whole process will take 24 hrs only . It 3rd day still no one visited previous address for shifting purpose. Pathetic service 🙄 @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Day 80 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no improvement. Waiting until day 90 . After that for sure not only this number but my entire society members who are using Airtel connections will PORT to another network. You cross my patience limit.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews from last 6 months i am facing network issue. and every time your executive call me and ask sir your issue will be resolved with in 72 hrs. please pay the bill. when i pay the bill your agent say your complaint is open.

    I paid my electricity bill through airtel app on dated 30/04/2020 they deducted my money but still bill is pending. No one take any responsibility to solve care . Very bad experience first time suffer. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Thank you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews for such strong signals where we even can’t take/ Make Phone calls. After addressing to airtel regarding internet connectivity it’s difficult to make calls , calls are dropping and no signal at all.

    @airtelindia Worst DTH service. HD channels were stopped without any intimation. Trying to reach out customer care but the line is busy since yesterday. @TRAI please try option to Port DTH operators as well.

    @airtelindia hi airtel my internet is not working from last 2-3 months and every time if i want to do complaint against this issue your executive have same reply ie technical issue, Airtel I’m doing work from home and its over limit now even I’m not able to join conference call.

    @airtelindia my card deactivated by saying visa expired but I submitted OCI card which doesn’t expire. I am getting same message from customer services that provide all the docs again… how can I when I am out of India.

    @airtelindia what ******** of this service. I have one prepaid e-sim and my smartphone got dead. Don't know how to transfer that e-sim from old to new phone because old phone is on dead stage. Trying to connect customer care but getting you don't have balance for connect??

    Really frustrating experience with @reliancejio and @airtelindia Air Fibre. Cancelled Jio due to long delays, switched to Airtel—now facing even worse delays. Agents say no stock is available. Extremely disappointing service. We deserve better for what we are paying. @DoT_India
