    This is the 2nd time in last 5 days that @airtelindia network - both mobile and broadband was down in my area. Worst is, when called my number, it showed that my phone is switched off rather then showing out of coverage. Worst is no MCA. कब सुधरोगे भाई? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia such a bad customer experience from Airtel. I raised a ticket thrice and it was auto resolved everytime. They treat their like nothing. I will never recommend anyone to be a part of this name.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care staff are manner less. They shud be trained on how to talk to perspective customers. I wanted to port into Airtel and their rude behaviour put me off.
