    @airtelindia I launched a complaint against poor network service at my place on 25th August 2021, my complaint number is 31-3712165312050. Facing serious issues with incoming calls and messages and using 4G now is a dream. I am paying 490₹ per month for no service. Please help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pls cancel my airtel black connection,I have already raised request to cancel it bcz of putting lot of hidden charges without informing the credite balance etc ptreat,as per the TRAI rules customer has rights to chose channels There is no response

    If I had a penny for everytime airtel couldn't resolve an issue the promised time, I'd have my own telecom company. Guys come on fix my internet so that I can stop using my friend's hotspot... It will literally take 15 mins. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
