@airtelindia @airtelindia sir we desperately need a signal booster at ISV RESIDENCY #Amalapuram where 100 subscribers ate residing but poor connectivity even 2G signal also not available. Kindly resolve the issue asap. 9440048297

@airtelindia Nobody acknowledged the mail, nobody even bothered to call her back for knowing the issue, last option was ombudsman and that has been done as well, but strangely your grievance cell had no time to acknowledge the issue.

Part 1/2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence daily calls & internet usage. He even got his sim replaced on advice of airtel care store but of no use, the problem still presists. He owns a corporate number & this is some serious negligence on your front which needs to be adressed asap.

@airtelindia My colleague is trying to chase your staff since 8th September, no acknowledgement, staff faking the excuses, more than 50 calls, but no action at all, customer care only ask for time. At least ask your staff to have some decency to acknowledge and try to solve the issue.
