    @airtelindia @PrimeVideoIN I bought a broadband internet connection from Airtel and i paid for 1 year and i wanted to cancel due to poor internet connection speed and service.They are not refunding the amount paid in advance and this is not acceptable from customer. #AirtelBroadband #poorservice #Airtel
