  Hello @airtelindia did I make a mistake by installing your internet? You charge the full amount, but the internet only works for ten days a month. Your service is the worst. You don't have a customer care number, where you can talk. Wireless service is zero in my Gurgaon.

  @mazil_khatib @airtelindia I cancelled Airfiber 2 months back. Worst service provider. 2 months have passed they have not completed bundled out services. So many customer care services calls are in vain

  No wifi No internet since this afternoon around 1PM , I received a sms stating network issue going on in your area and services will be restored in 5-6 hrs but still the same , come on guys world runs on internet @airtelindia @AirtelXtream

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely lost my mind trying to connect with an actual customer service agent. The helpline numbers 121 & 198 are absolutely useless unless to connect to the sales team. Every call leads me to an AI bot and an IVR call, with no actual resolution.
