Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Every month I get my wifi bill on time in 5G speed, as per the plan +GST, similarly every month we face wifi issue, speed issue, router issue etc. Are we paying these bills for using internet or for facing these irritating internet issues?

Jio has come in the local market and switching from airtel will be the only option left with the customer if airtel keeps the same service. @airtelindia Look for the problem and resolve them so customers don’t get affected.
