    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what pathetic piece of service you have provided. Its been 65hrs sonce my fiber is down yet no updates or contacts on SR. You asked for id and number for updates but you didn't even see the DM. Kudos to the worst service. Customers doesn't matter

    Trying to resolve Corporate broadband issue with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews but surprisingly, no solution.Payment done (NEFT) but still not updated in their system from last 26 days. How can they become an internet company when portal is not working? Worst service.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service, My broadband not working from last 3 days, I complaints many times but not resolve the issue till now. And no one visit to check the problem. The service is very poor. I feel like my decision is wrong to install airtel fiber.

    @airtelindia Hehe.. nice joke @airtelindia my internet connection interrupted twice in last 24 hours. Made complaint regarding this issue but still no permanent solution. I've purchased connection in last month and i get problems appx. 5-7 times. #Airtelxstream #PleaseHelp

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm facing issue regarding my incoming and outgoing calls....after many recharges it's showing incoming and outgoing calls are invalid. After dialing so many helpline numbers, couldn't get my problem solved.... Very bad experience!!
