    @airtelindia I am a Airtel Black Customer and my internet is NOT working since Apr 28 until now. There has been no response on what that issue is and when it will be resolved. Do you have any update on the ETA on when the issue will be resolved

    @airtelindia I want to close my Airtel connection , but I am recieveing threatening calls because my bill is due . I will only make the payment once the connection is closed and you guys have picked up the wifi router last time I faced issues . Please close my connection

    @airtelindia @airtelCOMPLAIN made a recharge on 25th April via Google Pay, but it accidentally went to the wrong number (my mom’s number). I immediately raised a request with ID RRCRV5WST20260425201975 and it showed resolution by 29th April morning but there’s still no update.

    Despite Service Request 11029058169 being marked "Resolved" on 26 April, my internet remains non-functional. No technician contacted me. This premature closure is unacceptable; please reopen and prioritize immediate, actual restoration. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
