    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Kindly confirm that Rs.49 Recharge will not allow to even Paid SMS ?? IVR is totally waste, not even accepting any input, feeling hardtime to reach customer care. also heard only unlimited pack will have access to SMS packs ? is that true ?
