    I have given up. I have no other option but to buy a Jio or Vodafone number and to keep this number for the sake of contact. You guys have successfully driven at least one customer out of your network. Big #AirtelThanks .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence. Keep it up.

    The place where I stay has such poor mobile network. I live on wifi calling. I am tweeting by putting my phone on some pedestal where I get weak 4g. Can’t believe your customer service is so poor. @airtelindia

    My husband and I had to take loss of pay today because your company refused to send someone on time to get the internet set right. What’s this?! This is just so frustrating. Making me want to switch from Airtel. Such terrible customer service. Been patient all along. @airtelindia

It's very uncomfortable to live a basic life without the internet even after paying heavy recharge amounts. It's not just an internet issue. @jagograhakjago can we do anything regarding please?

    @airtelindia I was still waiting for billing adjustment, payment was pending. I woke up to reality that my outgoing call and internet service is stopped, at a time when I have personal exigency. This is how you recover money from customers that stood with you for last 24 yrs

    @airtelindia I am not convinced that, you here to assist me, I am thinking is it too much ask, I am making the payment and due to your internal issue, the payment is going to DTH instead of IPTV, instead of rectify the issue you simply refunded 500/- I am damn sure many people facing this
