    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong. To kya area badal le.

    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Kindly note that, Usually 1GB data / Day is more than sufficient but it seems you are cheating with the customers, In your app there is no data Breakdown and there is no way to to check consumption details or raise data theft complaint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been almost one month since I gave my documents for transfer of ownership to Vivekananda Ashram Raipur Airtel Store, but still ownership has not been transferred. Airtel store keeps saying tomorrow, next week.. WORST EXPERIENCE, DISAPPOINTED!
