    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Are you punishing us for choosing your network? Earlier only mobile used to have problems, now even broadbands ain't working, no service person taking calls too, this pandemic is for everyone not specifically for airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a way to talk to the support team? I’ve tried 121 around 10 times, still no luck, the IVR options doesn’t direct me to a representative. This is annoying and frustrating. Expecting to have a call back arranged.

    Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, my Wi-Fi shifting request in Bhagalpur, Bihar has been pending for 6 days with no progress. Despite multiple calls to customer care and visits to the Airtel store, the issue remains unresolved. Senior officials have made repeated promises but no action
