    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day by day your service level is detriorating. To restore the network in my office (CITI Tower, Chennai), I've raised a complaint 6 months back over mail, no response has been given neither issue resolved. Mobile data is secondary which is more 1/2.

    @airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

    Terrible system where one can't block outgoing ISD calls. Earlier you could do that now it's open by default and you can't block so if you dial by accident to end up paying. @airtelindia

    🤯 to @airtelindia I have a plan of 200mbps even after multiple complaints there is no resolution in this, CSR will troubleshoot it and I'll start getting 200mpbs but later after an hour I'll start getting 20-50mbps whereas I'm paying for whole 200mpbs, Airtel is doing #fraud
