    @airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your prices are high and services is of ground level. This has been an big issue now. We now have to hire few staffs only to talk to your customer care every day for network error in #BROADBAND. biggest mistake to take your company's connection.(1/2)

    The place where I stay has such poor mobile network. I live on wifi calling. I am tweeting by putting my phone on some pedestal where I get weak 4g. Can’t believe your customer service is so poor. @airtelindia

    All I needed was internet shifted from one house to another. My new house is just one floor above. I am still waiting. The scheduled date was March 14th. @airtelindia I have called customer care multiple times. No use. What is this?!

    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Over 40 hours and my issue is still unresolved. Is this the level of technical expertise @airtelindia has? Endless promises, zero accountability, and no resolution. If it takes 40+ hours to fix an outage, customers deserve better. Shameful service.

    @airtelindia WiFi has not been working since yesterday . Agents came fixed but it worked only for a few mins then again the same issue occurred. I tried to raise the request but it's telling a technical issue at your end. Pleas fix ASAP
