    @JioCare What a pathetic service Jio is providing. Facing slow internet speed issue for the past 5 days. Even after contacting customer support multiple times all I get is an ETA which is of no use. Switching to @airtelindia is the only solution it seems.. Pin code - 562159

    @airtelindia such a pathetic experience I have had with Airtel prepaid.. Never get a chance to access 4G/VOLTE internet connection and whenever somebody calls me, they are not able to hear my voice nor do I. Jio is far better. You’ll surely loose customers

    @Airtel_Presence I still wait. Now over three weeks and yet to get any resolution from #Airtel. Most executives call with a committee to speak to their seniors and make a systematic change for the #premium customers. No revert thereafter. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Shittiest service by airtel and the support staff they are unprofessional who don’t even know how their own tool works and they claim to be the best network provider but in real when you call them they cry like .. our server is down @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
