What a huge demand amount for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4G sim upgradation i.e. 100/- instead of 25/- informed by customer executive. Location at Maripeda airtel office. This is not fair

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don't what keeps ur customer support so far away from the IVR's firewall, but it's extremely difficult to breach it and reach them on call. I don't understand if customer's r expected to go through the same in order to have a conversation. Shame!!
