    @airtelindia I'm an Airtel Black customer facing issue regarding your internet services. Not getting the promised speed on a regular basis for past 6 months. Also your customer care service is crap. There is no way to contact and talk to your representative. I'm severely frustrated. Kindly resolve my issue.

    @Airtel_Presence "ID 31-1000013314626 is showing a resolution date of 10th May. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a 5G+ Premium service. Also, my fresh complaint from 27th April is missing from the portal. Are you merging tickets to hide your failure? 12 days to fix a speed issue is a joke. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s the third day when your wi-fi services are down in our area- only chat bots and IVR with fake info that services will be resumed shortly!! I have a job to keep(WFH) and thanks to your pathetic mobile services too- no network on phone as well!!

    I have try to speak with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence care but they simply put your calls on hold and disconnect so it’s clearly a scam and harassment by the @airtelindia. They will not provide any service and expect from you to use their services without any questions.
