    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Without broadband for over a week. Long resolution period, service engineer would amend appointment at his wims and convenience and status service request as resolved also without actually having atyended, disowns responsibility.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I surrendered my Airtel Xtream & broadband Combo connection 4 months back. I was told that my refund would be credited in 45 days but I still haven’t received my refund. Tried contacting Airtel but got no response. HELP.Have sent my details via DM.

    I got my worst experience with airtel today. Even there customer care superviser and senior superviser suggests that problem is in your SIM card and change it and i will change my number to another company.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia how many doors at Airtel do I need to knock to get my broadband issue resolved and how many times do I need to state issue? Does your 'Customer Care' really care for your so called Airtel Black customers ? I'm on hold for the last 20 minutes with your customer care!
