    Worst Network @airtelindia they say that airtel is India's Fastest Network, and i Say Totally Rubbish Network, Can Not Connect the call in 3 try 😐

    Returned my @airtelindia WiFi & DTH equipment on June 11. Still got billed for unused service. The recovery calls were so non-stop that I had to pay just to get peace of mind. Now that you took my money, PROCESS MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY @Airtel_Presence!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised complaint SR-11035906911 on 22 July for a WiFi issue. No resolution till date, but the ticket is repeatedly closed without action. This is sheer negligence and unacceptable customer service. #AirtelFails

    @airtelindia it's been 3 days my broadband connection is not working, and with your Airtel Thanks app you folks are making sure that customer can't file a complaint. Better I switch my broadband connection and postpaid connection to some other isp.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, it’s been hours since the network in Vapi has been disconnected in such times of distress connectivity is essential and we request you to look into this on priority. People are stuck in floods and unable to reach out for help. The situation is scary

    Dear @airtelindia , I'm extremely disappointed with the support I've received regarding a Static IP request for my Airtel Broadband. Your customer care confirmed that an engineer would configure it. Since then, I've been sent from one person to another without any resolution.
