    @airtelindia Worst technician service. He ignored 15 calls and I called with another called he picked that. And then saying “tu ghar pe hai jab hga tb aunga” like this. And from Saturday internet not working

    airtel broadband services are the most pathetic i've ever seen. 3 times outage within 20 days, and each time they say it will take 24 hours atleast, i mean guys are you living in 20th century or what? @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am writing to escalate an unresolved complaint regarding the unauthorized activation of three sports channel add-ons on my Airtel DTH account. These channels were added without my consent, and I have been charged for them.

    @airtelindia My simple question to you, if you don't have capacity or supporting technology then why are you people selling out new connections of air fiber to people. And after collecting the money telling customers that the tower capacity is full, we can't help.
