    @airtelindia Nowadays their network as well as WiFi is becoming worst day by day. If you raise complaint about WiFi not working they will assign engineers after 3days. How am I suppose to work for 3days from now? Need to change the network from airtel to others. Shame on you

    Hello @airtelindia! Your wifi and mobile network has been a nuisance for quite some now. For someone working from home this is super annoying as both stop functioning at the same time. And only if your app was half helpful I could have avoided from posting it here.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. In Maradu, Kochi, there was a storm and your dish fell. Instead of sending an engineer, after 5 days of complaint 656244266, what do you do? Send a sales guy named Sooraj who dupes my 80 yr old mother and asks for my Aadhar. I caught him. Shame!!

    @airtelindia wifi network down since 4 days . Pissed off with your pathetic application, chat bot which doesn't lead to any solution. Have been calling your service center but no resolution.

    Sheer stupidity of @airtelindia, I put in the request to close my fiber connection and the process started. Now i am receiving multiple calls from them and as sson as I pick the call i am put on hold for 4 minutes straight after which I disconnected the call. What kind of support are they running here. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint no is 656244266. Is this how you do business by duping senior citizens. Instead of sending technical engineer, you send a sales guy to resolve a dish issue? No wonder everyone is shifting to Jio

    Is the National Consumer Helpline a joke? @nch1915 The issue has been open for a very long time and it has not been addressed at all. Grievance ID: 9143662 @airtelindia is a fraud. They don't give proper services neither did they respond to any of the customer's messages.

    Stayed home and wasted 2 full days because of repeated false commitments from Airtel customer care. Pathetic service & zero accountability after payment is collected. Would honestly recommend Jio over Airtel, at least Jio completes installations the same day. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel services from past 25 years if I am not wrong, I was surprised to see airtel not working in shahpur thane, kharade village area where other networks like vodaphone & jio are working , I wish if airtel could work there 🤔
