    My IPTV installation was scheduled for today, but your agent didn’t show up. He falsely claimed it had been rescheduled to 4 August, though I received no such message. Extremely unprofessional service. Pathetic. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia No wifi, unable to connect customer support , AI Chat unable to solve query. Please guide how should I explain my grievances enough of pathetic service wifi getting disconnected in every 15 days, is this the kind of service ? Where I'm in able to reach for support?

    Weeks have passed, yet my @airtelindia Wi-Fi relocation is still pending despite repeated complaints. I’m spending extra on mobile data, affecting my office work. Extremely disappointed with Airtel’s negligence and lack of customer support. Time to switch to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia They shifted me to Airtel fibre promising that they’ll put me back on my old network in a month. Today after 30hrs and literally chasing customer care, they sent an Engineer who declared that the data has been consumed. I was not told about this cap while shifting.

    @airtelindia I have an Airtel SIM. As advertised, I recharged with the ₹979 plan, which is supposed to provide unlimited 5G data. However, after using 2 GB of data, my internet stopped working. Could you please check and resolve this issue. My contactable No- 8789826691 plz call

    @Airtel_Presence WiFi relocation on 22 Jul. Days of follow-ups, a supervisor assured resolution today, only to be told fibre not available at my new address. Yet your agents are asking me to buy a new connection for the same flat/society instead of relocating y? @airtelindia
