  @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

  Currently, only Airtel and Jio have a monopoly in the country, and recharge prices are increasing day by day. They have very skillfully eliminated all other telecom companies by offering them for free first. Now they have started such recovery for their three months of free service that it's unbelievable. Monopoly in any field can only lead to inflation and helplessness. If Vodafone, Idea, Tata Docomo, MTNL, Aircel, and other companies existed today, Jio and Airtel wouldn't be able to dictate terms. The government also seems to be standing in their favor. It appears the government has handed over everything to these selected companies. Who will treat these predatory companies that offer 28 days of recharge in a 30-day month? Other options for the country's citizens have been deliberately eliminated. This is absolutely not right, and I strongly oppose this monopoly. @PMOIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio

  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @airtelindia I have the most unsatisfying and most irritating experience with yall over cancelling a WiFi service, your app only had a pause plan and no cancellation feature in it? Why do you guys increase your data packs prices if you can’t proved your customers with basics ?
