    Part1: Is this how AI will help us by cutting all options to talk to a human customer care executive @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? I was having call dropping issues so the only solution airtel store has is issue a new sim (and charge Rs.50 stating that sim quality is not great)

    @airtelindia @TRAI 15 to 20 Spam message receive daily with your 100% spam control network.. Aluaa Spam Control, isse achcha to BSNL hai jo ek bhi Spam message nhi bhejta... It's Time to port Airtel SIM into BSNL. @bsnl_care I am coming.
