Whenever I call airtel customer care at 121 it never suggests or directs to customer care official. This is very annoying can you please guide or else I will port out my number to other operator. #airtelsucks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

No communication made by @airtelindia network team and without resolution and approval, the incidents are closed. I have not been able to use my data and I clearly mentioned I wont be paying the bill for the tenure when I wasnt able to use your service.

I get 75 GB a month and there was a reason I chose @airtelindia Postpaid and was paying a premium but when you are not providing the service, why should I payI will be soon lodging a compalint with consumer court India, I have had enough now. @jagograhakjago #harassment #airtel
