    @airtelindia I need urgent help regarding my Airtel postpaid number 8687977700. Outgoing calls work, but incoming calls and SMS have not worked for months despite repeated visits to the Airtel Store. I'm still being billed every month. Please investigate.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support from Airtel! My Airtel One bill plan issue has been pending since 04.07.2026. Despite repeated follow-ups, I haven't received any resolution or even an acknowledgment. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

    Still this problem is not solved @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I can't use my airtel number because this area doesn't support airtel network. Many others also have this issue. I switched to another operator. Resolve this asap.

    @airtelindia Raised a service request on 7 Jul (SR: 11034489312). An engineer visit was promised for 8 Jul, but my issue is still unresolved. Multiple follow-ups, no proper response. Very poor customer support. I want to cancel my Airtel Broadband connection. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the past several days, Airtel network in Phulaut Village, Chausa Block, Madhepura District, Bihar has been extremely poor. The internet stops working every 1–2 hours, and at many times even voice calling becomes impossible.
