    Airtel Customer Care, here are such d***head people sitting that they don’t bother to reply even after 1 month despite several reminders. They are such idiots that they don’t care at all about their customers. Frustrated by all this, I ported my mother’s phone, my wife’s phone and am going to port my phone to @reliancejio. I am using @airtelindia AirFiber also; that too I am going to stop, all because they are not valuing us. Me going to port won’t affect them, I know that, but it’s for my self-respect. I can’t be with them who do not respect me.

    @airtelindia worst network service. @narendramodi and @AmitShah both look at the issue. Multiple times raise concern then also not resolved.. worst service.... Still issue is not solved....

    I've complained several times about the problem I am facing with 5g unlimited internet in my location and even I've also made tweet to @airtelindia about the issue but not yet solved, Is @airtelindia scamming citizens in the name of 5g unlimited internet. #airtelpoorservice

    Absolutely crap service by @airtelindia. My parents chose to port from Prepaid to Postpaid+WiFi on 4th Aug. Since then, the process itself has been pathetic. They couldn't port my mom's SIM since then.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband dead for 4 days??! Same excuse daily: "network congestion," no fix, no ETA. Chatbot useless, calls cut mid-way for "maintenance," no human to reach.🤡🤡 How long shd I wait? Pls CALL me. DM me for account details.

    @Airtel_Presence Been trying to shift the wifi connection from one apartment to another since 5 days. Everytime I reach out to the customer care I only get 1 response that they're escalating. Even after multiple calls nothing has been done yet. So frustrating. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - your entire customer support team is confused about what to answer on the calls. I have raised a request to shift my WiFi connection on 16Aug and there’s not been a single communication or response from your end. 13911107949. Pathetic service
