  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is completely unacceptable. My Airtel AirFiber speed has dropped to around 2 Mbps after crossing 1000 GB, and I was never informed about any such Fair Usage Policy or speed cap. otherwise I would have made a different decision.

  Hey @airtelindia stop acting like thieves. It's been 16 days since I paid for an optical fiber connection that was NEVER installed. Refund my money immediately. Your sales executive gave false promises just to hit daily targets and now isn't responding. Unacceptable! Go for jio
