@BSNLCorporate sorry to say but the unprofessional attitude being shown by #BSNL in rectifying the Fibre connection at #Jammu( which is down for last 1 week) makes me seriously think of switching over to @airtelindia or #Vodafone Very poor show then we wonder why PSUs disappoint

@PavanJourno @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence & airtel sends me multiple msgs saying "your complaint No. so&so for your Airtel number so&so has been closed" without resolving the issue. I talk to "dedicated relationship manager" about closing the SR No without resolving & he/she simply replies "sorry for the inconvenience".
