    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence : This is so pathetic service ! Still the issue is not fixed, changed my SIM, changed my device and still not receiving SMSs. Airtel Cust serv rep is in full denial accepting issue from @airtelindia side. And I hv got no response in DM from you.

    After lot of complaint company can't solve my problem only given fake promise to the customer VI such a great service provider & maintain customer relationship. The fact is company no required customer . thank you VI finally I am going to port out all VI sim @airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelindia facing broadband disconnection since more than 15 days. We complained on 27th June and still no representative turned up for repair. Highly disappointed with the after sales service. And after 5 days we received message of someone will contact in 72 hours. Shame

    @airtelindia I have been following up on my paid order, with Fiber ID 08049584477 , which was suppose to be deliver in 48hrs. It’s been more than 120hrs, I havnt received any update. Have sent couple of email also absolutely no reply. Tried to reach customer care also no help.
