  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @airtelindia asked for your Wifi connection. Paid a deposit of 1500. Installation POC didn't show up for a week. Cancelled the order but your team keeps delaying the refund. They keep asking me to wait for a call to refund my money? What is this customer experience? HORRIBLE!
