However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raised request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. nothing is happening. what is the point of airtel black ?
