    @airtelindia you should first focus on providing the services we pay for before increasing any charges for that even when I have validity my outgoing sms in not working and even not receiving any OTP stuff change this before begging for more money

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Network problem in our area pin code- 851201 from march 2017. I have already complained about this enormously. But there is no solution and Airtel also doesn't provide internet data plan with 56 days or 84 days validity. Please solve....

    @airtelindia please do something about your network. Internet is bad, call drop is on another level. I had to port a number to another carrier because of this. While doing so your team members stated all issues will be rectified, a week later it’s worse than ever #airtelthanks ?

    I always believed that better services costs high. On the contrary Airtel is charging more than its competitors despite their poor services. Charges for 4G but services for 2G. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge of 349 which has Amazon prime service included in. For some reason I am not able to use the service. Spoke to one of the superior on 16th Nov, told me to wait 72 hrs and issue will be resolved. A week gone already. Please check this

    @airtelindia I am having billing issues every cycle with #9007821097 which is on roaming each and every month some additional charges are added for roaming despite no usage on my part , can someone please help me out with the same
