    @airtelindia Yet, DTH is showing up negative balance of 500, Have spoken to Customer care, they said they have updated it and I can recharge with a min of 155 to continue. This is also in vein, after recharging it shown a negative balance of 309. Still it is not resolved.

    @airtelindia I am trying to lodge complain on 121 about non functioning of Airtel xtrem fibrenet. Responding as no. not in existence. Airtel Thanks app is also of no use. Make it customer friendly for easy lodging the complain.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I have been experiencing continuous broadband disconnections for last 15-20 days. Complained a lot of times yet no solution plus constant reminder from Airtel to pay the bill. Why should I pay bill for the services which I didn't get this month?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You talk about giving 5G services whereas your 4G services are pathetic and lots of network problem. On my postpaid plan you are charged me 100 rs late fees just for 1 day because app was not working.... is it not loot ? Kindly adjust late fees

    @airtelindia Your service is really bad. very dissatisfied with your responses and services. Incorrect promises/commitments but cheating people. I have got cheated by Airtel. No resolution given to me till now, despite raising it to Nodal officers. Service is pathetic.
