    @airtelindia #worstnetwork Again, you guys claim resolve all your customer complaints but the airtel thanks app, still, has no provision to raise a complaint for the broadband section. Your network has been down for more than 24hrs in Nagpur, but I see no ETA on the fix.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network and service I am using Vodafone for last 13 years but now the servi ce is degraded. VI network is down with no signal for 4 hrs. No communication and credibility of the service. Better to port the number to better service provider @airtelindia.

    Airtel have bullshit customer service and data connection.Can't even provide their customer with good data service and if called customer service they say to wait 20 days just the process the complaint,i have been complaining about this for a month @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia since few months your internet speed is reduced to kbps that was far better in month of September i was getting 10-15 mbps through the Airtel hotspot but now I’m unable open a page with that speed I’ve complained many times to customer care but nothing resolved
