    @airtelindia I have been using Airtel since 2007. Now without informing me my number has been closed down. Reason no KYC updated. Even upgrading to 4G they asked my aadhar and updated my kyc. Now saying my number has been a different person id. Seriously so disgusting. Why airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's high time you have an open transparent ticketing portal that's visible to customers. Otherwise, we keep raising issues but you don't even understand the issue. Also, few of your routers have software bugs and you act like you don't care.

    @kingtn33 @airtelindia it's very bad decision. I'm doing work from home. If I want to tether my phone & laptop when my broadband is not available, I should be allowed to do it. Why I shouldn't do this? Is there any rule that I shouldn't connect my phone with my another phone thru hotspot?

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Paid my broadband bill as instructed by your executive on call. Still showing ‘due’ + daily reminder calls since. Unacceptable service standard. Fix this today and confirm in writing.

    @airtelindia : My wifi is not working & I cant raise a complaint through your app because there is no straight forward way to do so. The chat is garbage, keeps switching the router on/off and when I ask to talk to a human redirects me to numbers which just get disconnected.

    @airtelindia my internet service is down since 02-Jul-26. I've called the customer care atleast a dozen times. I've also sent a mail to the regional appellate team. But, till this moment, nothing has happened. This is very frustrating and annoying.

    Airtel’s service has honestly gone downhill. My AirFiber stopped working, so I spent over an hour with customer support. They kept redirecting me to a broken mobile app that was not helping at all. Finally, they assigned an engineer. When I called him, he said he does not know how to work on AirFiber. So customer support cannot resolve it, the assigned engineer cannot fix it, and I am left without internet while I have important work to finish. The resolution time given to me is 48 hours. This is what happens when an essential sector is dominated by just 2 or 3 large players. Customers have very little choice, competition remains weak, and companies slowly stop caring about service quality. India needs better telecom competition and stronger accountability. Internet is no longer a luxury. Businesses and livelihoods depend on it. @airtelindia, please do better. Before the support bot asks, my service request number is 11035404075.

    @airtelindia This issue has become weekly and sometimes biweekly feature. Now airtel has stopped generating complaint No. Repenting for choosing airteldigital tv. Hopeless and useless service. Height of indifference. They never fail in generating their monthly bills.
