Hey, @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence , I added a number to my premium postpaid plan replacing an existing number. The older number is deactivated. Why is then the new number billed separately still and why's there no resolution to my ticket raised a fortnight ago?

@airtelindia Most bogus service centre that we have ever seen is SG Highway, Ahmedabad. Landline number at our hospital is not working since more than a week. We have faced this issue multiple times. No one from your centre is able to give any logical answer or support.

@airtelindia Pathetic customer service and support.. I went for porting from Maharashtra circle to Mumbai circle (within Airtel itself). Its been over 7 days and still under process. Classical way to push customer to the competitors. never Airtel again.
