@airtelindia Seems, it is a technical issue. Every time I get messages that your out going facilities are discontinued, even after recharge. Messages like your packages has been expired although recharge had been done. These kind of messages which are not true disturb customers.

Disappointed with service if Airtelxtreme. App showed technical error & didn't take shifting request.Spoke to Helpdesk. More than 24 hrs gone, no action.@airtelindia , @ANI .
