I was promised WiFi installation within 48 hours, but after payment I’m now being told there’s no stock and I have to wait 10 days. No proactive communication, no proper updates, and customer support has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I chose Airtel expecting faster service, but this experience has been frustrating. Please look into this and provide a clear resolution ASAP.

Human (@Humans007) reported@airtelindia In India we are using 5G and paying increasing recharge costs, but service is disappointing. In Chamua, Narkatiaganj, West Champaran, Bihar, when electricity goes off, Airtel network also goes down like it has no backup. Please fix this issue.
