    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Such rubbish fraud local engineer airtel has. 15 days ago I registered an airfiber and paid 400 charge but after the local engineer did connect with us and told us here is no stock of the box.amd now I again booked a new box with a new mobile number facing the same problem.😞

    @airtelindia 12 days. TWELVE. And my issue since 31st March is still unresolved. Here’s everything I’ve done on YOUR instructions: Called 121 eight to nine times Got my SIM reset TWICE Updated to the latest iOS Converted to eSIM result was absolutely nothing!!

    @airtelindia Raised a complaint on April 8 with a preferred time slot, but the technician came early, didn’t return, and it got rescheduled. Multiple follow-ups, false escalation promises, and no proper response. Now it’s April 11—still no resolution, only generic outage messages

    Why will a network provider sell an existing number/line to another person? I called someone with my new Airtel line and the person hesitated to pick the call cos true caller tagged the name an Hausa name. I be Igbo ooo.... @airtelindia is this right?

    @AirtelIndia Worst service. Complaint on 4 Apr → Box replaced 7 Apr → New box WiFi & remote not working. Multiple complaints, no fix till 11 Apr. Now requested DISCONNECTION but ignored. Close my connection ASAP or I escalate to @TRAI. #Airtel #PoorService #DisconnectNow

    Total apathy from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Facing zero network/internet in my area since 2020. Raised a new req on April 1st & all I get are automated bot replies. Appellate Authority isn't responding either. Is this the 'Airtel 5G' experience? #CustomerApathy
