Neither their Customers Care nor their Technical Team cares for the Customer. They just keep saying the issue will be resolved but in reality it just never gets resolved. Also the Ground Technical Team straight away ignores calls and is Very Rude. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia my airtel Sim stopped working suddenly. I can't find any customer care number anywhere. There is no human help anywhere. All the help is machine based which is of no use. Too much of automation is also bad
