After waiting out a certain number of days as per policy can control and block services on the sim. They will not care inconveniences for an X-customer, @vodafonein1 has no means to add this amount to into my bill and totally pulls out by saying its between you and @airtelindia

After checking with VI Customer care, this is the issue. Apparently, the sim could be active while porting the number (1 or 2 days), against which charges could be generated... But herecomes the awesome professionalism of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
