We have 2 airtelfiber prepaid connection at same pinCode 180013, on 1 it's working and on another it's not working, now how came here you guys say we don't provide voice service to prepaid number as per ur executive Priyanka. Such misinformation is not expected from @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My sim card is not working and I approached to nearby airtel store and got new sim and they informed that it takes 4 hrs to activate the new sim, it's been more than 7 hrs still my sim haven't activated yet. This shows the poor service from airtel.

@airtelindia They say their customer service awesome. Instant service and all. But I feel @airtelindia is having one of the worst customer service. You can't even connect with them by whatever mean. Not via app. Not via call. Not by email. Not by chat. Worst experience.
