    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid channels are getting activated on my Airtel Black Box just by pressing OK without OTP or consent from my registered number. Customer care says charges for full month can’t be reversed. This is unauthorized activation & unfair billing.

    @KanwalSibal Yes, I too observed. Earlier they were too good and i donno what happened to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Their customer service, quality and IVR interaction has become bad.

    More than1month& myAirtelWiFi is still not working. I’ve raisd multplecomplaints& caled cstmr cr ovr 100 tims, bt thre’s been noproper resolution. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of acountability. Need immediate action @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtel My account is still showing as linked to Airtel WiFi, even though I have not used the service for the past nine months. Could you please check and disconnect it? Very pathetic service.

    Worst ever experience with airtel airfibre. From last two days havent received signal. Whenever asked to customer care their useless reply is wait for 4 hours we r working on that. Even denying to lodge complaint @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @KanwalSibal It’s not a bug. It’s a feature. Respectfully though, considering who you are, I won’t be surprised if @airtelindia reaches out and resolves your issue. Quite frankly, most others won’t have that luxury, and the Ministry will do what it does best: twiddle thumbs.

    @JioCare The same i was saying in starting you ask 1 Hrs ,then 24 Hrs now as 24 hrs completed , you are asking more time to resolve but the problem is the same ? Is this the way you are providing service to customers ? @airtelindia service is good as compared to u !
