@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what kind of behaviour is this. I added 900 ₹ in fast tag offered by you via phonepay. But on the next toll the car got blacklisted as it doesn’t have balance of 80 ₹. And adding money via your app also not showing on card balance. Need help asap

@airtelindia Day 3 and counting and the wifi is still not back up, don't have any numbers to escalate the issue but calling 121, however since the ticket 136102112 raised on 25th August 2021 is still active, it does not connect to any customer care.
