@airtelindia 5G??? I am trying to upgrade one of my company number from 3 G to 4 G. visited nearby 3 district show room (Karur, Namakkal, salem) with valid address proof. Send email from respective company email ID. Contacted customer care many times. Nothing happened. Then what's use of 5G?

My fiber connection has been stopped and also removed from airtel thanks app. I was said I will get refund for the advance paid amount but connection had been stopped and there is no update on this also I am unable to contact customer care . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I didn't opt for 12 months advance rental. Why are you sending me messages to stop service. Shall I disconnect existing landlines and broadband connection.
