@airtelindia claims 400+ claims that they provide 400+ live tv channels on their Airtel Xstream app with a particular fiber plan but when we check it's not available and when we ask question to customer care they have no clue. Such is the state of customer service. #airtelfail

Later I call him from my friend's number who is also an Airtel user. This guys threatens my friend that he will block his number also. Where is the safety of your customers ?? What is your protocol anyone can disable your customer's number? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
