    @airtelindia Very pathetic response of Airtel senior executives, they change bill cycle according to their needs and rules, never consults with the customer and now I want to change the cycle but need to wait for 30 days. Can’t even port out before 90 days.😳

    @airtelindia should rename their 'Fast Lane' to 'Slow Lane'. Since this new introduction, the 'Fast Lane' service has become slow itself. Everywhere this is disappointing; it was better before, and even with 'Fast Lane', I am experiencing slow data and call delays.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for Airtel Fiber on 12th June. Due to local connectivity issues, it is still not installed. Order is neither completed nor cancelled, and my refund has not been initiated. Please check your DM, cancel this request, and refund my money.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request id. C81NF7JFY9 this is my request id. I have asked team for cancellation and for the refund process. Today is 19 th day of raising my concern. Spoke to 3 supervisors and 8 executives and everytime assurance of 4 hour but never happened.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my WiFi down for 12 hours. WFH is impossible. Customer care wants 2 days to send a technician.i alredy lost today, I cannot lose 2 working days. Fix this TODAY or consider this my official request to cancel the connection and take everything back.
