    @airtelindia I am not able to make or receive calls, no network.. complaint registered several times.. NO resolution yet. This is last call to resolve the issue.. else I ll switch to another service provider. Worst customer care. Ads bahot bade bade banate ho..

    Looks like had to shift to some other reliable service provider as @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence dont want to retain old customers. Very poor and aweful service.

    @airtelindia SIM not working for last 2 days. Visited Airtel shop in Kondwa, Pune yesterday and they advised to replace it. It has been 24hrs since then and still SIam is not detected. Tried several restarts and SIM removal from slot, manual network detection. Pls help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don’t see positive response from airtel escalation team if I dint get a good offer like @reliancejio then why should I use your service paying more for the same service what Jio providing and I want cancel my connection

    @JioCare @airtelindia I am a Software Engineer and worked with networks as well, I have completed troubleshooting after that only i came to Twitter for complaint even after multiple on-call complaints But my internet speed is not stable and struggling with DNS issues (Sites blocked) for multiple sites
