    @sunilmittal22 @airtelindia i have raised a complaint yesterday regarding my broad band issue still now it hasn't resolved, I contacted customer service for 5 times there only answer was sorry sir we will escalate the issue, I think they have got only this one word in training

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel xtreme complaint raises almost 40 hrs ago with no resolution. Every time your incompetent customer care asks for 4 hrs time whenever i call and sound like a tape recorder. Please can I have it resolved soon

    Every time i contacting the customer care my 10-15 minutes of time will go into vanish but no resolution has been given other companies are giving the resolution in minutes you are taking days what is this what type of companies you are running @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
