    This is plain ridiculous. Earlier i would get confirmation emails as soon as IR pack was activated. No more. Customer care is totally passive as well. Been a customer for a decade @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but I think time to port if a simple request is so painful.

    Awful service by @airtelindia Installed wi fi on 9th May. Was told IP tv comes free with the plan. But this is not installed to date. Guy not picking up phone. Customer service is only interested in selling plans, but not in providing service. #duped @Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I have been an 10+ year customer of Airtel. Now I am stranded in another country without network, your network team has said my sim has suddenly turned faulty. Customer service has denied refunding my now useless international pack- which costs around Rs 4000!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India I have post paid connection from last two years I am trying to convert it into pre paid due to very High charges and bad services but airtel customer care and store denying from last two years and not changing it into pre paid. Kindly do it urgently
