  @airtelindia @bhartiairtel I am a airtel black customer. Unable to shift my wifi connection from noida to Dehradun. Engineer doesn't answer the call and CEx team is not able to provide a solution. Want to surrender my wifi connection but unable to do so from app. Need help!

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have today called for 3 times in your customer care...whole day just calling your technians ..we understand it..we will solve it..today its end of the day no one even cared to solve it actually. Is this the way you want to treat our relationship?

  @airtelindia we got a new internet connection on 14 may. The speed promised was 100 mbps but internet speed is really poor. We've registered complain with customer care since 15 may. No resolution provided yet. Complain no - 11030907463. Didn't expect such poor service.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Registered (SR: 11030788934 & 11030918528) but no resolution and one was marked resolved without fixing the issue. Also received assurance of ₹1500 waiver on call (22-05-2026, ~4:40 PM from +91 9677011197) which is now denied. Need resolution asap.
