@airtelindia it’s been almost a week now without a resolution against complaint raised for network issue. Looks like they are sitting there for giving false assurances but no solution. All of my 4 numbers are having network issue. I think time to port after 15 yrs of association.

@airtelindia worst internet service provider always get slow internet speed, when you call to their customer care always one excuse network congestion. If we always have to face their network congestion then why we are paying for the service? #airtel #AirtelDown

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the time is out you said that you will solve my issue till 13 of Jan but you didn't. So take ur worst connection and worst service that I hv use. So finally I'm taking a call and port my number to another telecom. Thank you have a great year ahead.

@airtelindia Airtel doesn't support prepaid customers unlike postpaid customers internationally. Very disappointed. You fixed postpaid connection issue within days but can't fix prepaid issue for over 4 months now.

@airtelindia bank is a huge scam. To buy a Fastag, I had recharged the @airtelindia wallet and had ordered Fastag on Jan 4, 2021. Have still not received it, customer service means some auto response to emails sent or IVR options over the phone. TRAI should take cognisance.

He reached me back around 6 evening ,all good for now , Good of you guys to respond ,atleast someone does @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence But it's just so disgusting when the customer themselves have to follow up and call a 1000 times where the guy picks his call on the 999th time
