Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.

No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

Multiple follow-ups with the Kasba Nabapally Airtel store have resulted in no resolution. Need immediate assistance. #airtel
