@airtelindia My number is active, but incoming and outgoing calls are not working. Have recharged thrice this being my business number, Airtel support so far is useless. How can u keep a complaint open and unresolved. I lost many customers and queries in this 1 month!!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seems your promises about resolving issues quick is not true. Raised request on ticket, wrote to 121, escalated to Appellate, complaint#31-4578557320598, Task ID#1-1MFANP5T5. But not a single response. Why is it so horrible?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have ordered for a new xstreme broadband connection and the existing connection was disconnected. Also, I closed all dues. Why still it is active? Also why pending dues are getting increased again and again? Need an immediate solution over this.

@airtelindia is there any way to reach the customer care for a airtel black customer? I have raised two requests, the first one on 29th Dec. But no one has connected with me so far. Same with the second request. Is the dedicated relationship team for airtel black even real?
