@DoT_India Despite the msg, @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence are not bothered to know what’s the problem. If the SM guys are like this then the customer care or airtel stores has to be careless.

@airtelindia i am facing issues in shifting of fibre connection, 121 not helping me , local telling that my nearest fiber box is full since 4 months too many customers are not able to take new connection in my area (800026, lalitraj appartment, chnakya nagar, kumharar) .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel postpaid is trap first they let you in then charge unnecessarily and they didnt not allow us to convert in prepaid or port to other network easily. don't go for postpaid. customer care also not supportive. rates/charges/plans are expensive.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Terrifying worst customer service. I recently purchased Airtel xstream dth box no. 3047740417-001 on two months ago, they didn't install the transponder and it was still the old( tata play) dth in the wall. Technician not fixing it properly.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recently port my 10 year old BSNL number to Airtel through your agent Hajee Communications in Thanjavur. He asked me 300 Rs. For porting + 299 pack recharge. After the port is successful,i see balance is 4 Rs and no plan active. Pls help.
