@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday I have raised a complaint with 121 at 7:30PM for my landline and fibre broadband which is down from yesterday 6pm onwards. It is supposed to be resolved within 24hrs. But, your engineer did not came or call till now. IT IS URGENT.
