    Has anyone tried to get any service from @airtelindia ? They have zero customer service when you have an issue and every time I try to close my account, they just put me on hold for 40 mins and then disconnect the call.

    @JioCare on of the worst network and service. Did mistake by porting from @airtelindia to Jio. Don't use Jio

    @airtelindia it's very bad decision. I'm doing work from home. If I want to tether my phone & laptop when my broadband is not available, I should be allowed to do it. Why I shouldn't do this? Is there any rule that I shouldn't connect my phone with my another phone thru hotspot?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence not waiving off late charges on my wifi Your AI is worst. No query is resolved anytime. If u dont want to waive off disconnect my wifi connection permanently. Will swith over to jio

    @airtelindia called 198 many times but no way to connect to actual human being. It’s useless chat with AI via app and absolutely not helpful. Ticket closed without any fixes 31-1000014913142 multiple times. a joker service you r running in name of 5G when even 4G doesn’t work(2/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Because of this mess, my Airtel Broadband (Bangalore), which was in safe custody, is also switched off. No network, no internet! Take strict action against both salespersons & 'Vani' (screen-share agent, Muzaffarpur). I have CCTV & audio proof. Fix this ASAP!

    @airtelindia are you gone crazy ?? My recharge exhausted yesterday and you stopped incoming msg next day , kya loot macha rakha hai, you have no right to stop sms service.
