    @airtelindia such a pathetic service from Airtel.We have a corporate connection and we are following with for 2 months to get an account number wherein we can make the payment of bills and clearly the relationship manager does not care to respond or cares the least about customer

    Another example of great service from @airtelindia, just called the engineer and finally he decided to take the call only to answer that “Your problem is not my concern as i do not have your area assigned” where as in your Airtel thanks app his number is mentioned.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We live in a village where the Airtel network goes down whenever there is a power cut for 4–5 hours due to no generator backup at the tower. Villagers are facing serious issues. Please resolve this urgently.
