@airtelindia is claiming that they will resolve the issue within 12 hours but this is fake and they r still not resolved my issue till now(48 hours). So don't trust on them. Jio is better from them. Kindly go for jio as comparision to them.

@AirtelPresence My DTH is not working fron last two days. Logged req 63844203, engineer Amit Karmakar (9073755511) was assigned, but his phone is not reachable and no one has come till now . Such a bad service by Airtel , previously faced also same bad service. @airtelindia @VittalGopal
