  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I have had no internet service for nearly 15 days despite multiple complaints and repeated calls to Airtel executives, with no proper response or resolution. I was promised a major/full waiver on the affected bill, but nothing has been reflectd

  @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Yeah, the problem is they've dumped 4G long back, so it's unreliable already. And for 5G, the range is low - travelling faster in highways require switching base stations. Unless they increase the number of towers in these regions, we ain't gonna see good 5G connectivity.

  Zero resolution from @Airtel_Presence on double billing post-router return, so I’ve officially escalated this to @consumerpao (Ref: [10056314]). @airtelindia, hanging up on customer calls won't make the issue disappear. Fix this billing error now.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My wifi id- 0348210382874_dsl. With last month recharge, I was promised an offer to get one month extra benefit. Month is over, still didn't receive the promised offer yet after multiple attempt to complaint, neither via calling or app. Help Pls
