  Never sign up with @airtelindia Thanks products with the bill - Google one has no option to manage or cancel and I am being wrongly billed for months. Can’t even get an agent to talk and endless wait on phone on a platinum plan! Go help the smaller bill plans!!! Pathetic….time to port I guess. That’s why we need more options @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

  @airtelindia @airtelnews internet is down and the team has removed all plugs from the box above and is installing a new box without any prior notice. This has caused major inconvenience to residents. Requesting Airtel to restore service urgently and communicate better

  What the hell @airtelindia? Booked WiFi + DTH on 13 Apr in #Palwal. After 100s of calls, WiFi got installed after 4 days, but DTH still pending after another 4 days. Promised ₹1500/3 months, now asking extra payment. Misleading & pathetic service. @consumercourtin

  @airtelindia Dear airtel team I am using your air fiber since a couple of months since then I am facing this connectivity issue every day around 10 times a day. Your engineer came so many times but no solution. So either resolve the issue or cancel it.
