    @airtelindia Since more than 20 days I am following up with Airtel WiFi team for connection, payment and OTP Shared for connection, but till now no one is responding for Installation, these kind of service getting from Indian companies. I don’t know what is their Problem.

    @airtelindia I'm using your air fiber, wifi is not working for the past 15 days, multiple complaints were raised but no action taken till now, very worst service and very frustrated!!

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence, Raised a request last week, request # 27FYJBRFKC. Scheduled for activation last week, got rescheduled without intimation, still pending for closure. Tried calling agent listed multiple times, but no response. App chatbot not able to help.

    Dear @airtelindia I am receiving frequent spam IVR calls from unknown numbers on my Airtel number. These calls appear to be fraudulent and are becoming a nuisance. Kindly help in blocking such unwanted calls and improving spam protection for customers. Thank you.

    @Airtel_Presence pathetic service from your team. Calls are dropping and unlimited commitments from the team daily for getting the issue resolved. Which customer is going to wait for so long for a basic thing like calls?? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Thread 2) assist. If any service charges are required, I am willing to pay them. However, no support or assistance is currently available. Kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange for a resolution as soon as possible.

    @Airtel_Presence first reported this issue in April and followed up again 2 days ago. Since there is still no improvement, I will now be escalating this matter through CPGRAMS. @airtelindia
