  Hi @airtelindia , We’ve had no access to your WiFi for over 27hrs. It showed that there’s a problem in the area & the time to resolution has been shifted multiple times. I need this fixed asap as we’re WFH employees and this is gross negligence. I need a solution asap.

  Worse service provider in India goes to Airtel.. can't even I can contact with customer service representatives with my problem. After recharge I am not able use internet. And they are providing 5G internet to India.. better port to some other service providers. @airtelindia

  Hello @airtelindia i booked a sim 2 days back a prepaid sim and i completed the payment of rs 349 and after when i done kyc everytime at the last step no otp recieved and i tried many times and now if am not getting support i am moving to consumer court by today evening.

  @airtelindia Without any previous intimation you have closed area interest just for your routine task. Today is 31st deadline of Income Tax returns. This kind of frequent disconnection will leads to closure of this network from our building.

  Been a customer of @airtelindia for 16 years, the network has gone to dog ****. Whatever new space tech they have invented for network prioritisation, is messing up prepaid bandwidth big time. Need to reevaluate my network provider.

  @airtelindia i switched from prepaid to postpaid because of an internet issue in NCR I have been your customer since 2010,but now after facing so much connectivity issue after multiple i think I have to switch on another network I don't want to waste my hard earned money. @TRAI

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I had recharged my prepaid number on 26/07/2026 than also all services was stopped, unable to connect with customer care as IVRS & bot have only one answer plan is expired, can't set up call centers where directly talk & clarify the issue
