@airtelindia 1/2 I am unable to receive network on my Airtel number on international roaming active pack. When I email to customer service they say your email id is not registered wherein I have registered the same using Airtel thanks app.

@airtelindia i am completely disappointed at this moment my number all of sudden has lost network it has been working absolutely fine. I also called customer care and raised a ticket and was advised that i will be contacted via WhatsApp within 24 hours now its more than 48 hours

@airtelindia 2/2 The customer service is asking me to call on 121 to register my email. Isn’t the basic concept of calling on 121 requires a working network not understandable?
