Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence Your app is down . Tried getting dth installed but your customer care shows no record and asks to wait for 2-3 days to get a call back. I already had a delay of 15 days now another 2-3 days to get a call back . @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia trying to get fiber from 3 weeks now in a city like mumbai. No doubt people are migrating from airtel because first you dont provide service second you cant promise service @reliancejio please help for fibe and DTH area pincode 400093. I cant just talk to airtel-ers.
