    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your sales team is much better than your support team , just visit airtel thanks app, open wifi/iptv and exit , they would call you instantly asking if i want to buy wifi service which I dont because i already have one. On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..

    @ganeshsonawane @airtelindia Even their phone network is really bad. Call quality is really bad along with call drops and no number of tickets work as they just keep getting closed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence still i am not aware about the issue and whether internet eill be restored. It is important as my wife has lost 2 working days due to this issue. It is causing financial and mental distress

    @airtelindia , you guys provide such pathetic customer service for your wifi customers, that we can’t even raise a service request without running a diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is done, your bot says there’s an issue & talk to an advisor, & this number never works. Worst app

    Very poor service and response from @airtelindia #AirtelBlack DTH setup box is not working,registered complaint via customer care & Airtel Thanks app it’s been ten days but still no response… kindly improve ur customer service🙏🏽

    Dear @airtelindia you say me to refer Wi-Fi. I did to my friend but there has been no response from #Airtel. He is asking me what a waste network who does not want to have a new customer! Been 72 hours.... Nobody reached out

    Am located at pincode 403002 with an @airtelindia connection where DATA CONNCECTIVITY IS ZILCH. Calls frop regularly. Baiscally @Airtel_Presence provides a service that is CRAP. My plan expired two days ago and my @airtelindia connection comes alive

    Hey @airtelindia please do NOT call me daily to provide offers to activate my inactive wifi connection. I will activate when the time is right. I have activated DND and also insisted multiple of your agents to not call or email me regarding one out of the two existing wifi connections of mine. Still i keep on receiving multiple calls a day from different numbers even after blocking so many of them. If you guys keep on disturbing me, i will make sure to get both of my wifi connections removed including the 2 other postpaid mobile phone connections and switch to a different network provider.
