    No surprise why @airtelindia is loosing customers. It’s been more than 24 hours still they couldn’t fix the broadband connection. Pathetic tech team. You try customer care they keep waiting you forever.

    I am user of Airtel broadband network And on 22 september morning done ₹2829/- pack . But 48 hours past and network is not activated till now after complained too many times. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia , @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence , Now a days airtel customer care service become worse, I have 1 fixed line connection and 2 postpaid connection from last 10 years but now I am thinking to switch to Jio alteast they not provide wrong information.

    @airtelindia #airtel_fails airtel is not loyal for customers they are moneyminded, how ever we contact to customer care there is no option to speck with them. No solutions from airtel side. Airtel will fall soon. #airtel_fails #banairtel

    Extremely poor service by @Airtel_Presence violating the SLA continuously. Its been 2 escalations and my landline connection is not restored after 10 days. Moving out from @airtelindia and next is to cancel my #AirtelDTH also. Highly dissatisfied.

    My Father is not able to watch news channels on television for three days. The call is not received in any given complaint number. It would have been better if I had installed a set-top box of @TataSky. Pathetic service by @airtelindia.
