Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Everyday, for at least 1 hour the network and internet goes boom. Happening since 3 weeks now. Do your teams deliberately switch off local towers to save costs and let our work suffer..

Most pathetic customer care @airtelindia all your agent are saying tgat they will forwarc my complaint and nothing happens yoir supervisors are too busy to talk to customera and surprise of all you dont call back customers. How convenient is that really ****** experience.

@ACTFibernet Past 1 month, I must have raised some 5 internet not working issues. There is a current one ongoing. Why can't you guys resolve issues properly. Poor resolution & customer service has already made most of my neighborhood switch to @airtelindia and @reliancejio
