    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with Airtel Broadband. For the last 30 days, my connection has been unstable. I subscribed for 5GHz Wi-Fi, but 90% of the time it runs on 2.4GHz. Raised 20+ tickets, yet the issue remains unresolved.Engineers keep closing SR unresolved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services I’ve requested a WiFi connection transfer on 30th May, it should’ve been completed on 31st May, till now no resolution, technician and his sr. Manager aren’t willing to update me! I’ve called to customer care many times#poorservice #airteldosentcare

    @airtelindia i sent a message two weeks before o response yet. Will you guys resolve the issue or not ? Ashok Nagar Chennai is where the sim was brought. Have mailed them no response as well. Need the sim working. What is the solution now ? How many times should i beg u ppl?

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service! Frequent disconnections, terrible speeds, broken IVR when we call support, and engineers who visited fixed NOTHING. This is unacceptable. When will this actually be resolved? #CustomerService #WiFiIssues
